Great prices (even with tariffs) and selection for hard-to-find Z-scale model railroading items.
Quick delivery once shipped!
Be aware - for multi-item orders, if an item goes out-of-stock the entire order may sit there pending, and there will be no notification for reason of delay. Indicate at time of order to 'strike any out-of-stock items at time of shipping from order and ship with priority' if you want the order quickly!

Very easy ordering and payment processing. Delivery cost to UK reasonable for orders over £100. My order was received within 6 days. Packaging great including japanese newspaper 😀. Will save up and use again for all purchases bordering on the £135 customs limit.

import fees
UPS would not deliver until the tariff fees were paid, nothing was clear about this on the site. this should be disclosed clearly when ordering. paid $40 for shipping then $38 more to ups delivery for fees.

The additional amount requested by UPS was not a shipping charge from our store, but import duties/tariffs and related fees charged by the carrier and local customs authorities upon entry into the destination country. These government-imposed charges are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout and are unfortunately outside of our control.
We do mention in our Terms & Conditions that customs duties, taxes, and tariff-related fees may apply depending on the shipping method and destination country. We also offer certain shipping services that specifically state when duties and tariffs are included in the shipping price, while standard courier options such as UPS do not include those fees unless explicitly noted.
That said, we appreciate the feedback regarding visibility and clarity, and we will continue looking at ways to make this information more noticeable during checkout to help avoid confusion in the future.
