I had just purchased a Microsoft office program on the Internet through Amazon and a tried to download it. I had trouble getting into Microsoft to login and did not complete the process. I emailed Chris, explained my problem. He emailed me back all the info I needed. I found the program and let him know no further help was needed.

I'm pleased with the product and service. I did run into a problem but with Plazasoftware customer service was able to resolve it. I would definitely use them again.

It was a great learning experience. Chris worked with me and made sure I got everything up and running. Because I was experiencing difficulty, he took his time to coach me through and get everything going. He is a definite asset. The entire experience taught me a great deal as well. Thank you for all the help!!

I can only recommend this site. Windows worked great, but then the Office product key won't work. I wrote to customer support and in a few emails we solved the problem. I got new product key and everything worked great. Of Course you have to send some evidence that the key doesn't work.
