Item intially got stuck in delivery which they were good about but once arrived it broke after a month. I asked for a refund / replacement and they asked for videos to send to manufacture to see the issue. I sent the video where you could clearly see part of the toy had stopped working. After this they ghosted my emails for now 3+ months and essentially scammed me / stole my money. For a ‘ethical’ company this is outrageous

My order went astray due to an issue with the courier and, when I got in contact, the pleasure gap were very apologetic and sent me a replacement via Royal Mail tracked next day delivery. Excellent customer service, will definitely be shopping here again!

Absolutely appalling. Paid for this item and never received it. Despite trying multiple ways to contact them. They have stolen my money basically.
Steer clear you’ve been warned!

Update** Changing this to a 3 (from 1). Despite my initial anger, they did get back to me on Instagram and said my messages were mislaid, they sent out the product next day, were very apologetic and refunded my initial delivery fee. They did send a screenshot and to be fair the parcel was stuck with Evri so it seems like the carrier caused the initial confusion. Concerned about the delay in reply though from the comms. All resolved now

I placed an order and when I checked the tracking number it showed the order going to a completely different address in a different city than the shipping address I entered. I emailed customer service about it and followed up a few times but no one has responded to me in over two weeks, and I still haven't received my order. I’m not sure if this site is a scam or if they just don’t care about their customers.
