Pleesecakes has a permanent place in my heart and in my kitchen! Absolutely delicious - I have never had a bad freezecake from them yet. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting the ultimate frozen treat experience, and I will absolutely be ordering a cheesecake when I next need a dessert for an occasion! Thank you to the whole team :)

I ordered a mixed box of the single small cheesecakes as a desert from a dinner party and they were a great hit , arrived well packaged and popped straight in the freezer till needed.

Really delicious cheesecakes. The minis were larger than we expected.

I've been forced to provide the following feedback. By a viciously choc orange cheese cake staring at me whilst it defrosts.
The cheesecake made me do it! I can hear them whispering from the freezer begging for me to eat them. But I'm saving them for when I need to eat my emotions.
These are small nuggets of cream cheese crack of different varieties that you will never ever get enough of and always go back for more.
For someone to pass up dragons den. And build this up to what it is and the flavours of the puds is out of this world.
The only negative I have is please sell these more locally! A lot of people don't work in London and Amazon fresh is not down here on Reigate and horley.

Just delicious I cannot explain how good these Freezecakes are you just need to give them a go each mouthful we were mmmmming and my partner gave a 10/10 which is rare

My experience with Pleesecakes was great. This was my second time ordering with them and I loved the Freezecakes just as much as the first time. Delivery was easy, I just picked a day that I could be in to collect. Will definitely order more in the future.

I had a selection of freezecakes and these were AWESOME. FREAKING DELICIOUS!

Just a couple negative points:
1) a couple of the products were melted and barely cold
2) tried to call up about the above, no one answered (was just before they close so fair enough) so I left my number and my query to get a call back which never happened.

Having said that, those negatives were soon forgotten after the first tub got demolished hence I’m sticking to 4 starts

Awesome customer service!
After placing my order and receiving confirmation, DHL was meant to deliver my cakes for a birthday party.
DHL picked up the cakes and then they mysteriously disappeared at the depo. One phone call and an email to pleasecakes and they sorted everything and managed to get delivery sorted to arrive on my friends birthday to their home address. 10 out of 10 would order again.

First time ordering from pleesecakes and what a delight! Six beautiful and tasty cheesecakes arrived in perfect condition and were thoroughly enjoyed. Will most definitely be ordering again

These cakes are incredible and worth every penny!! They are utterly delicious and presented beautiful. Even the box looks edible.

The items are absolutely delicious can't fault them at all 5 star. However my first delivery was late and unfortunately they were all melted this was a courier problem though. I had to send evidence and the company resent my item with a different courier and my items arrived frozen. Would definitely use again

I ordered 3 cheesecakes with deliveroo from this shop. Nowhere was advertised that the products will be completely FROZEN. And I don't mean cold. I mean FROZEN SOLID. We had to wait 2 hours in order to defrost the cheesecakes. We paid 7 pounds per cheesecake and we got what we could have bought from Iceland from the frozen section.

Pleesecakes arrived almost completely defrosted and I did not know if it was safe to put them in the freezer as I did not want to eat them immediately. There were no ice packs in the polystyrene box. The instructions on storage were confusing and contradictory. I rang Pleesecakes, within office hours, to discuss but my call went to voicemail. I left a message but Pleesecakes did not ring me back. The result is that I have had, to be on the safe side, to discard the pleesecakes. Very disappointing and very expensive !! Since I first wrote this review I have been contacted by Pleesecakes and they are sending me replacements. Well done to them for that.

Since ordering one set of cheesecakes, which were delightful and tasty, I’ve been badgered to invest in the company and then ‘reminded’ for reviews. So now they’ve been reviewed.

I recently ordered instead of a birthday cake for my daughter, overall very impressed with the ease of ordering and delivery, and obviously the product itself they were delicious and worth the money as they are not your run of the mill cheesecake.
My only criticism and it is little is that I phoned customer service with an issue on the day of delivery and am yet to receive a reply.
Great business and I will order again.

Best cheesecake in my opinion!
