THEY WON’t ANSWER PHONE OR MAIL

I returned a pair of shoes that cost me over 2k kronor and they haven’t paid me back! And one of the orders didn’t even show up but I got a mail that it has been delivered WTF?! No one answers their phone so you can’t even reach them. I have sent 3 mails without response!! PLEIN YOU ARE MY FAVOURITE BRAND DON’T DO ME LIKE THIS!! Fake items

Fake items , when you want return they sending documents with fake amount of money on papers and I will not return item because you never give money back in this moments I speaking with my bank and doing dispute to get money back with evidences of fake shoes.

i ordered a shirt it took a month to get it was too big when i went to return it. i just received it. when i put in for the return it came back i was past the 14 day return time. What BS. 4 calls with my messages and 4 emails to customer service and nothing

WARNING – Terrible Customer Service / No Response Whatsoever

This company has serious customer service issues, and potential customers should be aware before placing an order.

I have attempted to contact them multiple times through every possible channel: phone calls, text messages, emails, and messages through their website. None were answered. There is zero communication and absolutely no follow-up.

I requested to cancel my order, and even that basic request was completely ignored. Once they take your money, it seems you are left on your own.

What is especially disappointing is that this is a premium-priced brand. When you charge high prices, customers rightfully expect professional support. Instead, you get silence and indifference.

After researching reviews, it is clear that many customers are experiencing the same problems — unanswered calls, ignored emails, undelivered products, and no resolution. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated incident.

Until this company fixes its customer service and communication, I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.

Genuine website - no troubles ordering

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they arrived in 11 days. Placed the order on 28'th of November and it arrived on 9'th of December (shipping updates from the delivery company included). Box was in good shape and the sneakers just like in the photos, they also had a nice bag inside the box to put them in and everything looked genuine - they were made out of leather so the leather smell was strong. Everything was real, no complaints and happy with my purchase - although I ordered before checking the reviews and got a little scared that might be a scam after finding that a lot of people had trouble ordering, but I just hopped for the best and it worked out in the end 😊

Basically I got problem same as another people from July until November 2025 waiting for my parcel. i order per a jeans around 4 months ago and still stock in ups wear house in USA . I emailed Philip Plein lots of time first they said your package is in the uk customs waiting for realise the item! After 2 weeks again they said we had a problem your order is still in USA ! what ever After a months chasing they said you have to call ups . I called them they said call sender. It’s like they keep passing me to each other. Anyway after 4months I called them last night again and asking for refund he said you have to waiting to the item back to our wearhouse and than after we can decide to refund you.!!They are scammer honestly . I didn’t read the reviews first and I thought they are same as another brand but their sounds like scammers. If you read my reviews don’t get anything from them.cuz your order never ever arrive to you.

I Ordered a 3k leather jacket for my girlfriend 2 months ago and the UPS customs is holding the jacket due for not paid taxes in the US by Philipp Plein. Customer Service keeps telling to wait. I checked Philipp Plein out online and he isn't a proper fashion designer! He used to make dog beds and now he has team people designing clothes for him. All he does is shows off his cars Instagram, not a single post of him doing fashion designs at work. What a scammer!

Item not delivered with Refund offered

I ordered an item since August and till now in October the item has not been delivered. The UPS tracking code I was sent had its last update in August with no estimated delivery date. I keep contacting the Customer care and their response remains I should wait. This is 2 months and I have no idea when the item will come. I’ve asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund but they refused, please stay away from them
