Breaching GDPR with texts and emails
Like someone else said, getting bombarded with texts and emails of offers. I unsubscribed and emailed to tell them to remove my details well over a year ago. Recently they have picked back up. This company has zero compliance with GDPR.

BOMBARDED WITH UNSOLICITED MARKETING INFO VIA SMS
Constantly bombarded with unsolicited SMS messages at least 3 times a week from Plein and Plein Outlet in the early hours of the morning. There’s no way to opt out or unsubscribe from SMS messages and they cannot be blocked either. Since my first email with screenshots of the messages to support@secretoutlet, vipplein and vip@philipp-plein on the 10th 15th, 24th December, requesting to have my personal information removed, nobody has responded to my emails. I’ve called 3 times and on the phone they give excuses like it could be the IT department are busy! I’ve informed Plein today that they have until mid-January to remove my phone number from their records or I will seek legal advice from Which Legal on how to formally file a complaint. By law if asked to remove personal information it’s supposed to be actioned immediately.

I even paid 30 eur for the delivery which is stucked. The t shirt has not even shipped 2 months now and i cannot even trace the order!!!

Worst ever. I order a jacket on Black Friday which is 22.11.2024. Of course they charge immediataly like if it was shipped but actually it was never shipped. For over a month I discussed with them and they told me it was a preorder, but it was never declared as such. Finally after a month on December 25 I decided to cancel it. Lucky enough I ordered with Klarna so I did not lose any money. Given it was a shitty faux leather jacket for 2000 CHF (discounted to 600) I decided to buy a real one for 2000 at Belstaff. What a bunch of unprofessional individuals, will never buy again from this Brand, it is a joke especially the fact they artificially inflate the prices and then dump them through these secret outlets. Outrageous

0 if I could! Worst customer experience I have ever had! They never respond to emails! No supervisor is ever available! Ordered and paid for a product on the 24 of November, they contacted me 10 days later to let me know the product is out of stock! Then I find another product(which costs more!) to replace it with and still to this day( over a week later) no answer as to its availability while my money is sitting at THEIR bank account! Unacceptable behavior!
