This company was great to deal with money hit the account in a few hours hassle free. My broker used this company as they have been known to be the best for caravan asset financing I don’t have a fantastic credit rating but they were happy to take me on very much appreciated to my broker and this company for providing me funds to buy a new caravan for our family to go on holidays in.

Very mixed experience
Very mixed experience with numerous issues.
I applied for the WA govt. rebate on solar batteries and the no interest loan.
Driver's license online identification "appeared" to work but I then received an email saying it had failed. I then updated a scanned copy of drivers license which also failed and email asked for Passport and Medicare card. At this stage I started to suspect identity fraud. After multiple phone calls both representatives blamed their identification provider! - seriously? Identification eventually worked after additionally uploading my Medicare card and a phone call.
Re: the loan application it clearly does not support self funded retirees and asked for Centrelink information. After speaking to an agent I uploaded my latest SMSF statement which was also rejected via email.
Eventually sorted out through another phone call and loan conditionally approved.
I also had an issue with the loan confirmation online process timing out and having to restart this.
Staff on the phone were very helpful and sorted the issues out eventually.
I suspect they have some automated AI/Robot systems that attempt to process the rebates/loan applications automatically if you're "Joe Average" and fail miserably if you're not a "Joe Average" use case - if so be prepared for plenty of failed emails and subsequent phone calls.
Glad I got there eventually but a poor IT implementation (Agile?) that needs work and testing! I pity their help desk staff.

NEVER use Plenti especially in you're a self-funded retiree
Would NEVER use Plenti again. I applied for a no interest loan for the WA govt sola battery plan. When I went to the loan page they wanted my Centrelink payment details.On their form there was NO OTHER OPTION. As a self funded retiree there was no request anywhere on the chatbot to enter your financial details. So we sent our personal bank statements showing our monthly income from our financial planner...not good enough ...so we sent a signed letter from our registered financial adviser....still not good enough.....Then we sent our bank statements from our Self managed Supa Fund . Every time we rang trying to sort things out the person on the phone was polite and tried to help (thank you Crystal and Denvar).Nonetheless the whole process took 13 new emails with numerous conversations on each. I have just finished printing the copies of the agreements . The direct debit agreement doesn't even tell me which of my accounts they are going to take the funds out of! Will it be my personal account (which we prefer) or my Self managed Supa fund account ???The idiots that only set up the option on their initial form requesting a Centrelink account only and no other choice have discrimminated against self funded retiree

Not interested in helping solve problems
They Knocked my loan application back and gave me no indication why. Not interested in helping me. Made a complaint, got my records from them, got my credit report, which was rated excellent. I spoke to someone from complaints, they finally indicated somewhat obtusely that the problem may be to do with a loan with a high credit limit,which btw was virtually paid off, I had the bank reduce the credit limit, I had my credit report updated to reflect this and reapplied, this time I, successfully got the loan. Very dissapointed that plenti made it so difficult for me and weren't
interested in listening to my case or assisting me in how I can be eligible for the loan.
