I've delt with other brokers in the past and Plexytrade by far is the best I've ever delt with. They return calls right away and really take care of you. Atlas Barone is always great to work with. I've recommended Plexytrade to several others and they love them also.

Plexytrade is the best in my option for a forex broker. I have been involved with trading forex for 8 years. This broker is beyond amazing. They have 24 hr live customer service / live techs that are ready to help within minutes unlike other brokers in the world. I was introduced to Plexytrade from elite traders around the world. My experience since starting has been very positive because they take care of all their customers at anytime of the day no matter the size of the investment acct. If you are looking for a broker with a proven trac record- you dont have to look anymore. I give Plexytrade a grade of 110%. Payouts are never a problem and the customer service is outstanding

Plexytrade has the absolute best customer support I have ever used for a trading platform. I was able to reacy someone through che chat within 30 seconds. I needed assistance with a deposit and they walked me through the process step by step, and Altlas, the rep, even did a zoom call with me. The platform itself has worked very well for daytrading with easy deposit and with draw process. They even called me back after the deposit hit to let me know. Wow! Well done!

On the 5th of June 2025, I made a withdrawal from my plexy power account, the withdrawal didn't come when I asked their support team,they said there withdrawal takes 1_2 working days I was patiently waiting not until I got a mail from them that the confisticating my profit that I used a wallet that has been Flagged to make withdrawal, then I asked the support of they have evidence of this they said they can't give the evidence to Mr that's it personal....and up till this date they've not paid my money this broker is not legit

Atlas capably and patiently walked me through what was for me a challenge to transfer my funds from dollars to USDC via coinbase to PlexyTrade. He was patient and very helpful. He knowledgeably guided me through the vagaries of various security delays, cancelled transactions because of those delays, and platform requirements to ultimately fund my PAMM account. Atlas is a real asset to PlexyTrade. He made the platform senior friendly despite the complexities of the transactions. Thank you, Atlas!

I did incorrectly transfer some funds into my plexytrade account and funds were missing. However the team managed to retrieve the funds and have them back in my account in under 24 hours.

Beware of this company. They do not respond to my messages, whether direct support or emails, because they seized my profits. I deposited $600 and made $1,376 in profits through many trades, some losing and some winning, without a target or stop loss. However, when I requested a withdrawal, I received a very strange message from them stating that my profits were seized and that I was only withdrawing my deposit. I violated the conditions, and there was no clause in the conditions regarding entering a specific number or size of lots, or trading on a single pair or currency, or working with a target or a stop loss, because I do scalping and high lot sizes. Yesterday, I happened to sell gold in a deal from which I obtained $928. ​​Unfortunately, this company seized my money, which I worked hard to achieve. This is contrary to the reviews I read about this company, but they are fake. This was on review sites such as Wiki and Trust Pilot. However, it became clear to me that the company is fake. I warn my friends and everyone from this company, with all the pictures and evidence of all the deposits and trades, and the messages that The company sent it. I traded with PlexyTrade for several months and initially had no issues—until I requested a WITHDRAWAL.

1h before the 48h to pass (their maximum time of processing withdrawals), they flagged my account for “suspicious trading” and cancelled all my profits. They accused me of “arbitrage” and “market abuse,” yet offered no concrete evidence of any wrong doing, just claiming their LP decided to remove my profits, after 4 months of trading, knowing that a legit LP settles all the trades of their clients in t+3 days, not in 4 months, so they should have known after the first 3 days if my trades were settled or not by the LP, meaning if I would be paid my profits or not. But this with the LP is a total b.....t, as it doesn't exist an external LP, Plexy being the market maker. They hoped I will finally lose all my money.

Also I had been placing trades via the MT5 mobile app, making over 10k of those profits like this, so claims of high-frequency or latency exploitation seem unreasonable and totally false.

Their own Terms & Conditions (Sections 12 and 18) suggest that if they suspected abuse, they should have acted promptly, not wait for my withdrawal request to void months of legitimate profits. Moreover, Section 29 states that terminating an account does not affect trades already made—yet they erased my entire profit history.

I have asked PlexyTrade for specific proof (trade IDs, execution logs, timestamps) but have received no detailed explanation. This timing and lack of transparency raise serious doubts about their fairness and reliability.

If you’re considering PlexyTrade, be cautious—my experience shows they may arbitrarily block withdrawals and void profits without proper justification, even profits placed from a mobile device, which is totally against common sense.

This is my first TrustPilot review - motivated solely by my amazement at how outstanding of a broker Plexytrade has proven to be. I've been with them for over 4 months (since early November 2024) and have had an incredible experience: industry-leading trading conditions on their VIP account (spreads near 0 and only $2/lot commission round trip); fast and seamless deposits AND withdrawals (~24 hours when moving out 5-figure sums, multiple times, including $20k+ most recently); responsive customer support whenever minor issues have arisen; and a highly personalized experience with the consistent assistance and efforts of Kell Gadler. I'm far from the most experienced or skilled forex trader (w/the P&L to prove it), having only started trading forex in Q4 of 2024, but can safely give Plexytrade top marks across every category relevant to the overall trader's experience.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Plexytrade honors their word - from their claims about trading conditions, to their claims about deposits and withdrawals, to their claims about bonus and general trading terms & conditions... Precisely what I was hoping for as an attorney mindful of the risk involved when trusting an offshore broker... This unfortunately has not been my experience when testing certain other offshore brokers who have opted to use their lack of regulatory oversight to abuse their traders' inferior bargaining position (hello, Hankotrade) by changing their terms without notice (to their advantage, of course) and failing to honor their word. As a US-based trader, I've at times felt stuck with high spread + low leverage CFTC-regulated options, and even my quite positive experiences at Oanda and TastyFx (the best I've found on the US-regulated front) were not on par with my experience trading with Plexytrade.

Plexytrade = Trustworthy + Competitive + Trader-oriented

I recently invested a thousand dollars into plexitrade and attempted to withdraw my funds via the bitcoin method, after several days I noticed that I never got confirmation on my withdrawal, after contacting them I was told I put the wrong address in (Which I checked SEVERAL times before going through with it) and saw to where the money was sent to another address and was withdrew before I even called them. Don’t let these people scam you!!!

My experience with Plexy Trade has been similar to that of other brokers offering 500:1 leverage, but without the excessive commissions. While spreads do increase with volume, I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. I've successfully withdrawn $600 and haven't encountered any issues. However, I am concerned that a friend was unable to create an account, and I couldn't even set up a demo account. This raises red flags, suggesting that they may be limiting the number of trading accounts on their servers. I'm also trying to add funds to my demo account and unfortunately I have to email them to do a simple task I should be able to do. I sent an email and after 3 days they still haven't added the funds and pretty much said the same thing twic, "Kindly note that your request is currently being reviewed. We will update you as soon as the changes have been applied." and, "Please be advised that your query is currently being processed. You will be promptly notified with an update once the process is completed."
Customer service obviously doesn't care..

I've had such a great experience with plexyTrade broker so far. Customer service has been amazing to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions i've had. Its clear they really care about making sure their client’s are happy. They have a great Variety of products to trade which i love, and their spreads and fees are some of the lowest i've found. Withdrawal takes 48 hours maximum. Overall i'm feeling good to keep working with them.

I became more comfortable with the account manager's expertise as the technical dialog had me confused. The patience and confidence relayed by the technician helped build a greater level of confidence. I am very grateful.

They're reliable from what I've experienced. I've been with them for several months I think. I came from Lqdfx. I've had no problems with deposits or withdrawals.

The site is still on verification pending then they have asked me for documents for the second time leaving me to think that they maybe stealing my data asking for to many verification documents. And another thing site keeps on logging me out every time.
