Good spreads and execution, great customer service, timely deposit/withdrawals
I have been with Plexytrade for a few months, and before the merger, LQDFX. They have had wonderful spreads for Forex majors and minors, good execution, and, above all, great customer service. My account manager, Sana Ahmed, has been wonderful to work with. She has always ensured I had what I needed to ensure my trading was successful, whether guiding me through the merger or helping me with setting up a corporate account. She has definitely gone above and beyond what I would have expected. Account deposits and withdrawals have been smooth so far and have been very timely. Overall, it has been a great experience.

Upon inspection of your account by our Compliance Department, it was detected that the Driver's License you uploaded seems to be forged. Please find the reasons below:
- Your signature on the ID is pixellated, which is the greatest sign of inadequate digital forgery.
- Your signature is completely different on your Medical Bill, compared to your Driver's License.
- Your ID picture is low resolution, which was deemed cropped from a different picture and pasted onto the Driver's License.
In light of these findings, we would like to give you the benefit of the doubt and ask that you provide us with another identification document like a National ID or Passport to be checked.

Upon your review, your account was checked to confirm your claim that the brokerage is refusing your withdrawal. It was found that the No Deposit Bonus (NDB) account with $30 provided to you was essentially blown. As of the date of this reply, the NDB account stands at $0.51.
Please note that while we understand that the potential $100 to be earned from NDB was important for you. However, trying to bully the company into submission by leaving negative reviews will not change the company's behavior, or the reality of the situation.
Moreover, further inspection of your TrustPilot account has shown that this is not the first time you have resorted to this method and it is relieving to see the other companies have not bent to your will either.

Plexytrade has changed their spreads
As an update, I would like to point out that my account manager reached out to me. As I have told him, I always appreciate the service provided by them. I am currently monitoring spreads to see if this is still just universal news. Plexy support has offered their help when given examples.
Plexytrade started out well. It still is good in most ways. However, last week they changed their spreads. It is much tougher now for scalping.

Great broker was using them when they were LQDFX. Now plexy trade I have no issues so far withdrawing money that was transferred over from lqdfx. Hopefully they will continue to perform just like LQDFX did because they were great hope it continues.
