Tried the ploom heated tobacco and really enjoyed it. I was talked through all I needed to know by Nick, Terry & Aaron and sampled lots a flavours and picked 2 that I liked.

Tried at Reading Services. Never seen before but wow! Tastes like a cigarette but without the harmful chemicals.
Have vaped for years but will move to this instead.

Just made a passing trip through Stafford services when I bumped into Mike, Richey, Lynda who talked me through heated tobacco. Love the concept, tried the bronze and was just really fags.

Really personable, engaging team who did not oversell in a push way. They were very approachable. Mikey, Lindsey and Rich, it was a genuine please to chat.

I came this week and met with Richard, Mikey and Lindsey who were very informative on ploom and it’s benefits so I will look at purchasing at a later date.

Stopped on way to airport as seen in my home in Romania Also, really like the purple and tan coffee flavour and although cold outside, Terry, Aaron, & Nick were friendly and helpful and super quick putting the sale through to not hold us up, thanks for the coffee also

Got nabbed by the boys Nick, Aaron, and Terry on my way in to reading services to buy a couple packs for my iqos and ended up with 2 ploom devices and 8 packs of evo sticks. Had a right chuckle with the lads and cant believe I can still get my evo sticks when im at my second home in Malaysia! And a coffee to boot!

My mum (Marie) bought a device for myself and one for her from Michael at Stafford services on Tuesday. There was great chat and the customer service was amazing. Michael is a lovely guy and is the reason I would go back to this Ploom outfit again the future. We are also now part of the loyalty scheme “Ploom Club” which is great 😊.
