Cannot unsubscribe from their constant daily spam. I have unsubbed and still getting multiple emails a day.

They require an installer app that stays installed on your computer.

We have too many VST apps as there is we dont need another.

Just an annoying company altogether

I bought the STD-1 Stereo Tapped Delay for a bargain price with a one time fee.

Was going to by another plugin but found out that it is only by subscription which totally suck.

I've never liked the idea of paying for something that I will NEVER own !

Great plugins but not everyone like subscriptions to use plugins.

Plugin Alliance's Subscription Plans simply SUCK !

Look elsewhere for VST plugins !

I fell joy when I buy use absolutly legal plugins. I not want use piracy. but my account and my licenses was deleted because I'm from Russia. dosen't matter than I Hate this war, my mother from Ukraine, my brothers and sister and them children live in Ukraine and I love my brotherhood. actually Dirk and Plugin Alliance just simply stol our money and trust

Wasted my time choosing a plugin from their time limited offer. At checkout I was out of time because I was in the wrong time zone, even though from my perspective I was well in the allotted time.

This is done to extract your details when you have to register and any complaints are fobbed off.

I bought 3 * Plugin Alliance Bundles, but I received only 1.

I opened a support sale ticket, but shortly after, they closed it without any response.

I leave them 3 stars because I liked their plugins and had no problems with any other orders I made from them. However, The way they sometimes treat their customers is ignorant, which is frustrating and wrong.

Would not refund an extra subscription bought by mistake and said that I would just have to have 2 subs running at once as I agreed to the terms of service. AVOID.

Been using Plugin Alliance for the past 5 years, or so.
Of course, no company is perfect.
But they are trying their best for their customers. Out of the 5 subscription models I used daily, their's is the most stable. Each year, I can purchase any plugin I want. They basically cover every mixing ground you need to cover.
Not perfect. Not for everyone.
But definitely far from some other companies philosophy.

Support is non-existent.

Tried to get help with a purchase. Submitted multiple requests and never ever heard anthing from them. What company has a support system but doesn't answer support requests??? They'll gladly take your money, though. Beware!

Beware of this company. They blocked the site and the plugins I bought. Any user from anywhere in the world can get into this situation. It's just theft and deceit. This is ethnic discrimination. I am half Russian, half Ukrainian.

After purchasing one item, Plugin Alliance have started sending me daily marketing spam, unsolicited.

I tried unsubscribing, 3 times, as well as contacting support, and they continue to spam me.

Avoid.

This company ruins all professional lives for music producers from Russia and Belarus!
I ask every Russian and Belarus music producer to go and write some comments about this PA hype marketers on Reddit!
People from the whole world must know who are they buying from! These people must be publicly punished! Shame on Plugin Alliance!

I have subscribed to mix and master plugin bundle, Amazing Quality 100+ Plugins in just 15$ a month.

Attention! This company may remove your account with all plugins you payed with your hard owned money if they do not like something about your GOVERNMENT! Can you imagine that?

I payed for the plugins and supported this company earlier but they have simply removed my account!

Well I will switch to waves.com or plugin-boutique.com

I have never subscribed. They give a lot of $ vouchers, some with no minimum. I have gotten some nice effects plugins, for free. I like their amps.

I too have been stung by Plugin Alliance. I have just been billed for a yearly bundle despite having turned off my auto-renewal previously. They took money ($120) out of my PayPal account without any prior warning whatsoever and are now refusing to refund, avoid at all costs!!

I spent a lot of money on the licenses of this company so that at one moment they decided that since I am a sound engineer and musician from Russia, then I am a fascist and I kill people, and therefore need to take away all the licenses from me and close my account. If you think you're good at politics, close your business and go into politics. I myself am against wars, I am against killing people, but I am also against the restriction of freedoms and rights of honest citizens. Shame on you!

I bought a lot of plugins from this company, but they deleted my account just because I'm from Russia! This is pure racism! I think it's terrible(( Make music not war!

There is no feedback at all, plugins of dubious quality (this corresponds to a constant sale of $ 10), a conveyor, it is better to pay for quality and not quantity

I was absolutely in love with Plugin Alliance products before russia attacked Ukraine at Feb. 24-th. And I love
it even more now!
