Unfortunately a reported clerical error somewhere in the system lead to a failure to deliver as planned and agreed. The consequences were that a plumber traveled 80 miles without being informed of the delay. Following investigations It would appear that a breakdown in communications at some point in the supply chain caused the delay. A process of compensation is currently being discussed with the client who has also been caused conciderable distress. Ends.

Incomplete order reported within hours of receipt of delivery. Have tried to get in touch with the company to get the rest of my order and have had no correspondence back. Impossible to get hold of. Terrible ethics and essentially have stolen from me as have taken my money and not provided me with the goods paid for. Avoid like the plague.

AVOID AVOID if you need materials for a job
AVOID this company if you're a tradesman needing materials for a job; I placed an order for basic plumbing supplies (various 15mm copper endfeed fittings). The system let me order them but the following morning I had an email saying they had partially refunded my order. BUT they didn't detail what had been cancelled and the amount didn't tally with any one line so I have no idea what is coming. I emailed them to ask what what missing (there's no phone number so you can't ring) but they didn't even have the common courtesy to reply.
Rather than disappoint my customer I cancelled the whole order and got it from somewhere that actually has stock.
Bottom line, don't rely on this company for getting stuff and don't expect customer service - AVOID.
