These guys are second to none it was Saturday and my pipe to my Boiler was Leaking .they rang to say they were in their way and ETA. They were both calming an professional when they arrived , they understood the situation. They came down stairs and said I needed a new part which was expensive and would have to negotiate to get it authorised..I waited downstairs thinking please please get it through.. down they came said ‘yes’ off they went to get the part , fitted it .All I can say is you ever need a plumber get these guys they won’t let you down 100 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called the guys out to fix a grey water macerator, although they were later than advised they kept in constant contact which meant we weren't kept in the dark, really impressed. Professional and courteous, would recommend and use again. Oh and they fixed the problem

Edward came to our aid at short notice, out of hours and professionally tracked down a leak that was seeping through into our living room. Within two hours he had found and repaired a damage pipe within a wall, saving us considerable expense. I would definitely recommend Edward's plumbing expertise to anyone in need.

Edward was called in to deal with a multitude of problems caused by previous rogue traders. I rarely do reviews but Plumfords were so exceptionally good I had to! They are extremely knowledgable, polite, tidy and professional in every way. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, a rare find indeed! 11/10

Edward was absolutely fabulous, he was at our home which was flooding in record time, he solved everything that came from a small leak to a major event. Explained everything very clearly. Resolved the problem, very polite and knowledgeable. We so recommend.

Edward was able to fit a job in at short notice which really helped my mum who is disabled. Quick, efficient and tidy. Friendly and explained and demonstrated what was wrong with the toilet plumbing and what he would do to resolve. Highly recommended.

Edward of Plumbford was absolutely magnificent. I phoned him at 6.30am Saturday morning with no heating or hot water and he talked me through what I needed to do. Really amazing experience using Plumbford, my boiler was overflowing and caused damage to my flat and the one below. Edward came out within the hour and temporarily stopped the leak and the next day came over with a time that suited me and provided a professional and effective service and my boiler was fixed in less than 40 minutes! Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you Edward.

Ceiling leak at 1am...Edward arrived within 20 minutes after I asked him for help .

Edward was extremely professional and competent. He arrived promptly and calmly dealt with the situation and quickly rooted out cause of leak. He didn’t leave until he had thoroughly tested his repairs and made sure everything was functioning as it should. I would highly recommend for any plumbing issue.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Saturday afternoon emergency call out was affordable and the great service and Edward's efficiency meant that everything was repaired by the time our guests got back from their walk. Thanks!

Edward was very courteous and professional, and immediately made me feel at ease, even though I had been very concerned before he arrived. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the leak in my kitchen under control, and then took the time to explain the situation clearly. He also gave me advice about what to watch out for in future and what to do in future plumbing emergencies, without making me feel like an idiot! Edward goes above and beyond, while maintaining a great rapport with the customer. I would recommend him to anyone!

We had our shower and bath taps replaced which turned out to be not as straight forward as we thought lol but Edward had it sorted in no time. Very professional and a very nice guy…I would highly recommend 🙌🏾
