PSN was able to sell me a !-1/4" x 3/4" reducing coupling, which I could not locate locally. PSN shipped quickly. arrived in time to complete my project.

The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because of the price for the shipping. I needed the parts quickly, but wasn’t willing to pay that much for the shipping.

After much research I found the oddball colored yellow toilet seat for our old house we recently moved into. I called first to verify it was actually in stock and I ordered it. After a week with no shipping info I got an email that it was on back order. I was really disappointed and replied back letting them know and asked for a refund. To my surprise I got a call from the guy I originally talked to that said it was stock and there was a mix up about it but they did have it in stock. So we agreed to keep my order and send it out. Thank you Fred! That is true customer service and what lacks nowadays in so many businesses. So thank you and I'm a happy customer because of it.

Yes, I received the unit but the internal box was badly compromised. Also, the heater came without a power cord, unlike the previous identical unit bought two years ago. Does the manufacturer no longer provide a power cable?

Parts were no longer needed. The return process is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I know parts are hard to find still but i finally found some at a local home building store. They had everything. Wish I’d never ordered from this company. Never will again. I’m out $50 of parts i can’t use at all.
