Crap service took over a week to get the maserater when it was on a 2 day delivery.
When it did arrive it's the wroge one that I ordered (cheap and nasty one)
Sent x2 emails with no reply......
Avoid using this company

Reasonable pricing, quick response and delivery time.
The unit was in delivered in good condition.

Hello my name is Steven Williams-pratt I had a saniflow Already which was older so wanted a upgrade to a new Sani flow so when your site came up with the slim 3 way one in sale I ordered it from your website which stated next day delivery. I ordered this on Friday and it never turned up to Monday. So had to cancel my plumber.then when opened the item is completely different from what you advertise in your picture and your website which is false advertising, I believe . so I rang the number which is on your website for help and advice, and the person who answered couldn’t help at all, said email and pictures which I did and still nobody got back to me so I rang again the same person outside and they couldn’t help me at all, and I explained this is the number on your website for help and advice. What is the point of having this number if nobody can advise you on the other end and still to this date nobody has got back to me. which I feel is quite bad and I believe a business grows from word-of-mouth, not just advertising pictures which are not correct when it’s delivered. I would appreciate somebody getting back to me at some point and explaining this to me.

Sent the wrong (inferior) item and now does not respond to emails or phone calls. Very untrustworthy.

Has been three weeks since wrong part sent and on e-mailing said they would pick up wrong part and give refund
Several e-mails and no reply from them about picking up wrong part and refund
Would give minus stars and customer service lacking credibility
Beware of this company since don’t give refund or answer once they have your money total con merchants
Only option now is county court and get a ccj lodged against them

Great products when I ordered, they arrived quickly and in perfect condition, wouldn’t fault them one bit.

Item sent was not same model as advertised. Sent email 5 days ago still no reply.

Arrived as promised time but unfortunately wrong one sent and the one required out of stock contacted seller and they have arranged pick up of part for refund in full

Over seems decent product but on the site it is advertised with the Saniflo logo which it is not so a bit misleading.
Hopefully time will tell and it lasts a long time.

I wish I had read reviews before buying. The product sent was not as advertised. Sent back as I was assured a refund.
Refund has still not been been paid after two weeks. Appalled!

Selling sanflow waste units that are cheap Chinese knock offs. Purchase one and lasted a day.
Spoke to saniflow main office and they are aware of plumb store direct for the last year.
Waste of time trying to ring or emailing them.
The are copying the Saniflow logo to deceive people so beware!!

I returned a macerator within 24 hours of receiving it. Unused and in same unspoiled packaging. It was the wrong fit so easily noticed and returned immediately. I paid £18 to track the signed for return postage. The item has been received and signed for. I have sent numerous emails and telephoned numerous times but could only leave a voicemail which has not been replied to.
I have been asked for the order number 3 times and also asked if the item was new. They received the item back then sent 4 separate emails over a 2 week period requesting details they already had (my order remittance note printed by me, which had been placed inside the box) . Then after me replying to said emails and including screenshots of order note, proof of return received by them and bank details I have still not received my refund. I have followed the return policy to the letter within 24 hours of receiving it by telephoning first then emailing. Package was as received on delivery. Details of order placed inside. Why has my refund not been a simple process. Why are they asking for information they already have. Why have they asked me to give bank details separately. Should this not be on my purchase information. Why is money being withheld. It is December the 21st and I need the refund to buy another macerator to have a toilet repaired in a family home. I am more than concerned !!! I am contacting agencies citizens advice and trading standards to take action under consumer rights.
The whole thing has been stressful and the repair to my house has been put back. Very Upset and out of pocket at Christmas with concerns about the legitimacy of this company 😞

I bought a saniflow type machine it was fitted 4 weeks ago and all was fine then 2 days ago for no reason it started to bang really bad when flushed ,I contacted this place via email twice and no reply I then rang them to ask about my 5 year warranty and ask if I could please get someone out to look at why after 3 half weeks my system was failing, I was told we don't have any kind of aftercare or anyone to come and look to see what's gone wrong ,I was told I had to take photos of all the fittings and how they have been fitted and then to send them to them so they could then see if it's been fitted correctly,I explained I had the masserator housed inside a cabinet so I couldn't get to all the fittings,the man then said you will have to get to it for the photos for us to look at,I'd say the 5 year guarantee isn't worth anything,I thought I was buying a saniflow not an alternative brand ...this is an absolute joke and I wouldn't touch this firm with a bargepole.

To much to list but here is a summary. Ordered a saniflow sanislim pro, for advertised next day delivery. No confirmation for 2 days trying ringing countless times, and emailing. No reply then headed to trust pilot read reviews . Emailed again cancelling order and asked for a refund, lo and behold an hour or two later I got confirmation of order. I kept ringing again and emailing to tell them the order was cancelled that morning and no longer wanted item. Finally managed to speak to someone who said no cancellation was received and would have to send back.I refused delivery when item came box was heavily battered with masking tape sealing it was not even the box a genuine saniflow slim comes in. Only positive is was refunded my money.

I ordered a product. Despite the promise to ship the product on the next working day, it was only shipped by a further day. The product was stuck in the post. Despite being able to trace the shipment, Plumbstoredirect preferred to wait to the end of the 5 working date before they were willing to check. Product never arrived. At the end I had to cancel the order. i am waiting to get my money back.

The ordering was super easy and I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery was on schedule and easy to track. I would definitely recommend you and use you again. 10/10

Like many of the other reviews on here - I bought what I thought was a Saniflo macerator as it used the official Saniflo logos and trademarks like Sani-this, Sani-that etc. but what arrived - as others have experienced - is some cheap unbranded item which you could get for half the price. Phone calls go unanswered, voice messages left go unacknowledged and emails ignored. I have successfully managed to issue a chargeback using the web page / advert and I also had confirmation from Saniflo that this company is not an official reseller and shouldn't be using their logo. Scam company - avoid.

AVOID this dodgy business! Ordered what I thought was a “Saniflo” macerator. A cheap version has arrived with completely lower specifications. Company do not respond to emails and after finally speaking to someone (working remotely with bad signal so could barely hear him) they have assured me my parcel will be collected and I will be refunded.

They have stated the wrong order was sent as they’re now “out of stock” yet looking online, they are still advertising the macerator as in stock. Telling packs of lies and offering no email correspondence. I want to believe they will give me a refund but I am not hopeful at the moment. Never again!!!!

Update Nov 28th: Parcel was not collected but with persistence and determination, I finally had a response from an email address by the name of “Plumbing Lancashire”.
I requested a returns label via email. It arrived almost immediately. Returned item back at their expense, then had no further response to my request for a refund so was just left waiting.
However, full payment appeared in my account a couple days later. Actually can’t believe it. I still give them 1 star due to the audacity in trying to take money off people in this way, but glad they refunded me!

The company do not return your calls, voicemails or emails. It’s taken over a week to speak with someone. I’ve left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails. No reply it’s taken 15 phone calls today to get fobbed off. Do not buy a saniflo from these. Send out (not so cheap £300) Chinese imitation. When they go faulty after a few months they want you to take it out and send them it back so they can check it’s faulty??? instead of sending an engineer out. This is the second one I’ve bought from them and ordered a saniflo. Definitely not a saniflo that has been delivered as saniflo would send an engineer out because no courier in there right mind wants a saniflo that’s had human waste run through it going through there vans, sorting offices. Totally unhygienic. Not to mention the cost of taking it out, sending back then having to refit. Avoid this place at all cost.
