I placed an order on Monday 4th at 1.40pm It said next day delivery. I tried calling when it hadn’t arrived on Wednesday I got cut off three times when they eventually answered I got told it was out for delivery that day. But it never arrived so I tried calling Thursday just kept going to a o2 voicemail I sent two emails but never got a reply. It finally arrived Thursday late afternoon. I found this company’s customer service very bad….. why say same day or next day delivery. When they do what they say. Very disappointing.

Good range of products. Item arrived undamaged. Product worked.

My order was for 2 items, one arrived despite despatch email stating full order. I have emailed 3 times to ask what’s happened to the second item desperately needed for my project! NO RESPONSE! Plum store direct have my money but I don’t have the full order! It would be professional and courteous to at least answer my emails, I repeat YOU HAVE MY MONEY - WHERE ARE THE GOODS?!

My first and last time using this scam of a company.

Update 12/09/2024 - Second item arrived, 07:30am no warning while was out driving! Upon my return and on inspection of the tatty looking box - SEVERE DAMAGE! Unusable. I'd attach pictures but can't see that option.

I dread to think how long this will take to resolve! Meanwhile the project is again on hold as I need this item!

Update 16/09/2024 - Immediate response to email / pictures of damaged item, follow up the next day and replacement item received in good condition 2 days later.

To be fair, despite the initial delay and lack of response, the reaction to rectifying and replacing the damaged goods was professional and courteous.

Ordered a simple kitchen tap on saturday for next day delivery, today is Wednesday evening and still no sign
After calling multiple times, eventually spoke to an employee who would provide an update from dispatchements, still waiting

Delivery not as advertised in the red timer on screen. Order before.. Receive tomorrow. Royal Mail! Didn't happen for me.

Awful company to deal with. They state customer service is open 9am - 5pm but you can never get hold of anyone.
AVOID!

Ordered a saniflo, didn’t come for a week, emailed, no response. Then rang to see what was going off, told that it had been with the delivery company for the whole week and that they’d send out another. That second one still hasn’t arrived either. Daughter had to go and buy another one as it was for her first house to add a second toilet to the property and therefore I’d never attempt to buy from this company again

Material not despatched, still awaiting refund which was offered over 14 days ago.

Our experience was very good with this company. We thought we had ordered a Saniflow Masarater. But we actually ordered a saniwaste product!.. We had to pay to return this item bit had a refund back with in 2 weeks. I had read some reviews and excepted some sort if excuse but there was none.

Website easy to use. Good prices. Swift delivery and excellent communication. Will use again.

I ordered a macerator which on the same day cancelled.

I was advised to email and cancel.
Suddenly a week later or two I receive the parcel.

After number attempts to return it. Plumbstore would order a collection but never actually do it. 3 occasions.

Eventually after 3 weeks of trying to return this item plumbstore sent me a returns note.
I sent back the item and sent an email to plumbstore of the receipt and they said they would refund it.

2 weeks pass and still no refund and no responses to my emails.

This is ridiculous. I am not having to contact my bank.

Ordered a macerator for my mums bungalow loo, as the old was broken. The macerator arrived quite quickly and the plumber fitted it, upon testing it worked a couple of times, but them stopped working properly only working very intermittently so not fit for purpose. We contacted PlumbStoredirect who were very rude and condescending. Felt like we were getting nowhere and we're nearly 300 out of pocket. Called back later in the day and we were told all sorted a replacement had been despatched and we'll receive it today. STILL NOT ARRIVED. Looks like this lot are a load of crooks and liars. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Just dreadful. I bought a macerator under the impression that it was a Saniflo. It turns out that they are misusing an old Saniflo logo. The small print gets them out of 'passing off' laws. When the item arrived I realised the scam instantly and asked to return it. I was sent a returns label and the item was back with them two weeks ago. I await my refund. Phones and emails not answered. They proudly offer a 5 year guarantee, this is small comfort if they don't answer calls. I will be progressing my claim through trading standards. Moreover I can see that the sole director has a habit of starting companies, never filing accounts and then getting struck off. So by the time you have a problem with one of these cheap Chinese imports that they sell for £100 or so more than the same thing on Amazon, the company will likely not exist. This current iteration - Plumbstore Direct - was formed in June of this year. the whole outfit is a mirage.
