Plum guide,were always available to answer any questions I had,they certainly took the stress out of planning a weekend get a way for nine people,will definitely use them again

We have been a host with The Plum Guide for several years. When I signed up, I was impressed with the hype of only the best properties were going to be listed. Our property has twice in the last 5 years been rated in the top 3 self catering properties in the whole of South England. We go to market through boutique agencies and the usual mass companies. We were told how Plum Guide would be a perfect fit, but it isnt. We have had just one booking and we are told, even that was from someone who had a business role in Plum Guide themselves. (we do not know if that is true BTW). Maybe the business is just US focused, or capital city focused, and not focused at all at the discerning high end client that is our customer at Art Deco House UK on the Isle of Wight. Not a success for us at all.

The Plum Guide customer service was very good, they got back to me almost immediately each time I had a question. The apartment was just as they advertised, except for the surprise of having 2 toilets and not the one they informed me of. The location was just super and made the whole trip a special experience. My only complaints about the flat was that it could have had a deeper clean. Every window sill was filthy, the windows were dirty and the couch covers were stained. Every easily seen surface, however, was sparkling. The shower knobs were missing a component and were very hard to turn. I think there should be a grab bar to get into the tub, as it's quite deep.

Only weeks away from our dream Paris vacation, the host of our rental informed us our rental would be impacted by “major renovations.” Plum Guide’s team came to our rescue! Specifically, William (Care Manager) stepped in and, in 24-hours, resolved the issue and placed us into a truly wonderful new rental. There’s enough struggle and hassle with international travel these days, but booking with Plum Guide is ensuring us a stress-free lodging experience. I’m not a person who typically writes reviews, but William and the Plum Guide team are certainly deserving of acknowledgement.

Beautiful house and grounds, really well-equipped and lots of staples provided. Excellent communication throughout the process. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I love booking with Plum Guide. Not only is the places the pick great and vetted for your comfort and enjoyment, the process is easy and every time I have had a personal query it was resolved very quickly and effectively and they have great personal and human centered customer service department, that is kind, polite and prompt.

Great apartment. As shown on the website. In the middle of town, top location. Good and easy handover of keys. Was our second time we used Plum guide.

I've used Plum Guide for several years now - they offer a great selection of apartments, are very clear to point out any potential "issues" (for example - they point out whether there is air conditioning, an elevator, potential noise, etc). The booking process is easy, and they are very responsive when I have questions. I wouldn't use any other source.

Highly recommend Plum Guide

Great location within minutes of all the wonderful sights of Florence, and the train station and market. Busy area yet effective double glazing meant we were not disturbed by noise at all. Accommodation was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom.

Loved it . The apartment was just as pictured. Beautiful, spotless and in a real neighborhood for those who want experiences off the beaten tourist paths. Concierge was so helpful, and welcoming.
Cartola Restaurant (my favorite) serves the best coffee and pastries. Loads of little discoveries throughout the neighborhood. The awesome Parque Eduardo is a few blocks away. And the Mercado January 31 is nearby where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables meats breads AND fish. Speaking of fish- the market includes a restaurant where you choose the fish you want for lunch and they grill it for you!!

Plum Guide stands behind their listings. We have used them in a number of different locations. And every time but one, the listings met or exceeded our expectations. The one time that it did not, Plum Guide made it right – right away. No messing around and wasting your time on vacation with them. We have used Plum Guide enough now with great success, that I don’t even look at Airbnb anymore.

The White Doves has been a memorable experience! A beautifully decorated cosy house, in a very well maintained building, had everything I needed, a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view to a quiet road. Next to two underground stations, grocery stores and 3 minutes walk from Hyde Park. The perfect location! The hostess Jane was very helpful and kind and responded very quickly to my needs. I will definitely stay in White Doves during my next visit to London.

We stayed in a delightful one bedroom apartment set in the beautiful grounds of the Villa Rosselmini complete with guest swimming pool.
The apartment was scrupulously clean and very authentic in its decor. The fully fitted kitchen was a huge plus for us and the bathroom was beautiful.

The Paris apartment....wow. I cannot tell you how wonderful that was. The location was absolutely incredible, and getting in to the building and apartment was very well documented and easy. The concierge was extremely responsive and we had everything we would need - which isn't always a given with an apartment versus a hotel. Drinks were stocked in the refrigerator, along with tons of coffee pods and plenty of towels/soap/etc. Having an en suite in every bedroom PLUS laundry was absolutely amazing. We literally were trying to figure out if we could extend our stay; it was that hard to leave. Paris was buzzing, and we honestly canceled most of the "touristy" plans we had and just explored, enjoying the cafe culture and the ability to walk to so many different neighborhoods. It was OUTSTANDING.

The apartment photos were exactly what we found. So many times the photos are very misleading. Company kept in touch and were very helpful. Would definitely use them again. Beautiful apartment so clean great facilities.

Our apartment was on Rue Victor Hugo in the 16th Arrondissement. It is a wonderful location with a 10 minute stroll and the Tour Eiffel Tower presented itself with its glory. A 20 minute stroll up Victor Hugo and Arc de Triomphe was there! The Metro was a 6 minute walk. Also, Plum Guide was very responsive with any questions we had about our apartment. Will use them again for our travels.

We stayed for seven days in the fifth with our son at The Pomegranate & Lemon, a three room place off a courtyard in a very quiet building. It's a fortress of solitude and then like magic you walk across the courtyard and out the door and you are dropped into Paris. Cobblestone street. Butcher in sight. Around the corner to a square, actually a rotunda cornered in by cafe with rows of wicker chair seating. Metro stop two heart beats away. Stunning parks. Place Monge market place. it's really fabulous. The place is well equiped. Very comfortable. Was perfect for us. For just a couple plush. Ran into know issues and the host was easily accessible, responsive and helpful. We're hoping to stay again.
