Hands off. Terrible experience – not what we expected from Plum Guide.
We paid a high price expecting a premium stay, but the apartment was a huge disappointment. The carpets throughout were filthy and disgusting. It completely ruined our holiday experience. For a platform that claims to offer “the best homes,” this was unacceptable. Plum Guide should take responsibility and improve their quality checks immediately.

We wanted a weekend away from tourists where we could wander around and enjoy a more ethnic
atmosphere. We were surrounded by Italians in a village like atmosphere and yet very close to
tourist area.
The apartment, Gliding Gondolas, was at the end of a dark alley by a smelly canal. We loved it but some may be put off. Although it was very well equipped
it was also extremely minimal without ambience which is not how it appears from the photograph.
They were quite correct in advising a water taxi!

Loved the Courtesan apartment - perfect quiet location that was close to everything !

The apartment that I found through Plum Guide in San Sebastián was exactly as described. It had everything we expected, with all the extra comforts, and a great location. The correspondence with Plum Guide staff was smooth and efficient.

Super location, everything is close; beach, shopping, restaurants. It can be a bit tricky with parking if You have car, but agents are very helpful to inform about payless parking spots near by

The apartment was in an excellent location. Close to some beautiful cafes and restaurants. It was also close to public transport which made it easy to get around Paris facilities. The apartment itself was very nice. Great facilities & a modern feel. Plenty of room for 2 couples. The beds were comfy & the bedrooms were a great size with suitcases etc. I would definitely recommend it & would have no hesitation in booking it again.

As a travel agent booking this type of holiday for the first time, Plum Guide were just amazing! They could not have been more helpful! Always on hand for questions too! The portal is so easy to use and so easy to contact the host of the property too. Will book with Plum Guide time and time again! Shout out to William who was on hand to answer all of my questions, no matter how big or small!

A great choice of different types of accommodation available. Easy to book, clear description of accommodation and the amenities.

So far we have stayed twice and in separate apartments selected through the Plum Guide. Both have been wonderful. Beautiful apartments with excellent accessible accommodation, fantastic views, reliable fast WiFi and easy parking. VERY relaxing. Just what we needed from a holiday. There were also great food and activity recommendations given in the documentation provided. Will certainly use Plum again.

Lovely stay,clean and tidy, rather a lare amount of steps for the less abled person to tackle.

Our group of six loved the rustic charm of Lavender Cypress in Chianti. The grounds were amazing! We were surrounded by rolling hills, a beautiful pool area and natures’ best in sunrises and sunsets. The quaint town of Greve was nearby which offered a number of shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

You will love this apartment. It is a perfect place from which to explore Rome.

Great choice of apartments in Paris. The one I selected was top notch. Well appointed and comfortable, it was easy to access and much cheaper than a hotel. And Plum Guide had my back for the entire trip.

I booked the Creative's Retreat for my team who were in London performing at The Place theatre. The house was beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated and my team had everything they needed during their stay. Plum Guide really have exceptional stays on offer & I would highly recommend their services.

Great house in the perfect location in Puglia.

This home certainly has the wow factor. It’s an absolute feast for the eyes. Well equipped, very comfy bed and sofas that envelop you like giant marshmallows. Carole (the host) personally welcomed us and gave us lots of helpful hints and tips for the places we planned to visit. She was very responsive ahead of our stay and respected our privacy while we were there.

A truly beautiful home in Joshua Tree. Beautifully renovated to offer guests a tranquil place to home base while exploring the area. A fully stocked kitchen, just bring your food. We used to cook almost all of our meals. The hot tub in the cool mornings and evenings was perfect. We enjoyed playing records, and some of the board games provided as well. Located just outside the entrance to Joshua Tree State Park, and minutes away from Pioneertown too.

The location was great, lots of restaurants, wine bars and cafes very close by. There is a grocery store right next door to the apartment building. So getting supplies was really easy. The host greeted us on arrival and explained how the apartment worked. We had his Whats App number if we had any problems or questions. We had all new appliances including a washing machine. It is perfect for two people.

We loved everything about the apartment. Checking in was easy. Zoey was a great help. The location in the 16th was ideal, more residential than touristy. The apartment was lux to the max, located in a beautiful art deco building. Lovely furnishings. Fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. We felt very much at home in the apartment, and we can't wait to return.
