We experienced a challenging equipment issue with our commercial cold plunge, and while it took a bit of time to troubleshoot, We were fortunate to work with Kristin Suggs. She approached the situation with patience and expertise, and she ultimately helped us reach a solution that worked. Kristin’s dedication and follow‑through stood out, and we're grateful for the level of service she provided. We are looking very forward to receiving our new part and getting our residents back into their favorite new amenity!

Steer clear of this company!!!!!!!!
This is the second review of this disastrous company. It has now been over one year and about 150 emails going back and forth with their online help.
Last I left it on my last review, they had agreed to send a technician to come out. He texted me once and then ghosted me.
When I emailed the company again, they were not helpful and now that it's spring in the Midwest, we have begun communicating again.
They first asked me to redo everything we spent over four months going over, and I said no, because I was done being their technician and unpaid employee, and that they should send out the technician. They now won't do it because my "warranty is up."
So, I have spent $800 on additional parts (at their prompting) and countless hours doing their technician work in order to have a product that hasn't worked in over a year. So if you buy from them, you better hope nothing ever goes wrong.

The customer service at plunge is as good as the product. I have had a cold plunge from Plunge for 2 years and referred 5 people to purchase a cold plunge. What separates them from others is their quality of product and more importantly their customer service. They always answer quickly and go above and beyond. I haven't had many issues but when I do, or have a question they quickly address it and support my needs. If they say they will respond, call back, or get to a manager; they always do what they say. I will continue to be a Plunge supporter and will look at their products before any other when purchasing sauna/ plunges in the future. I am a Plunge customer for life and encourage anyone to work with plumge
