when i set my stop loss target the app somehow keeps changing it or won't accept my stop loss target. I'm new to futures but otherwise easy to use and read platform

Guys please stay away from these scammers ,pluse 500 Australia is total scam ,i withdrew my money month ago i still havent received my withdrwal ,these scammers are telling my they have already sent the money from their end ,they told me to contact my Bank ,i went to Bank ,banks tell me they dont know nothing abt that .i had contacted their help center soo many times ,they told me that they will esclate this matter to their payments department and contact me personally but weeks and weeks went pass haven't heard nothing from these scammers ,now when i loging to my account there was evidence of my withdrawal but now they deleted all that evidence ,i cant see nothing on my notification ,please steer away from these scammers use some other legit platform for your online trading .

I was in a trade and I lost money because it would not let me out the trade the system said contact support even though yall had proof of the system error I never received the credit what I got was a bonus credit that cant be used but I lost actually money due to your platform not letting me out a trade until it was negative.
