I am very happy with my purchase. This was a character I really wanted. He is one of my favorite characters from the show"My Hero Acadamia". The character's name is Denkimeow. I like that he is super soft and cuddly. He is large enough for cuddling (17 inches) and the embroidery is of high quality. The design is phenomenal just like the real character. He came with sunglasses. I would most likely buy from them again. I am super happy with my purchase and new friend.

I am very happy and satisfied with my plush, they did take some time to arrive however understanding as I am in México, knew this would take time specially due to customs, none the less so happy to finally have them, and will save up for even more, got 2 items and a lovely gift from the company, thank you so much.

I‘ve ordered shadowmeow in August (arrived him in September) and silvermeow in December and he arrived today!! I absolutely love them and they are in good hands 🫶🏻

The plushie got sent really quickly even tho I live in Poland and usually package's from America or just other continent takes a long time but I got my plushie like a week after I placed an order. The plushie looks really cute and is nice in touch. Now I cuddle with him from time to time.

I chose a preorder plush and I was kept up to date, at one point it said it was delivered which was incorrect but I contacted them and they responded within 24hrs to provide me with an update. Once shipped it took about 3 weeks to arrive, it arrived vacuumed and plumped up lovely as it said it would. My daughter was over the moon, so much so that we are going to be ordering 2 more. i got a shinso cat plush from you guys and it was so freaking cool, it came with all the little parts he has in the anime and i Love that the plush was in the little vacuum sealed thing, it made sure that it didn't get messed up AND when i opened it the plush actually went into the form and not just boxy after a few which was so cool + just awesome. also, you guys actually made it look like how it did in the photo unlike a whole ton of other places which made me like so happy. my sister also got a Toga one and hers was just like mine it was amazing. she loves it and so do i, these were one of our Christmas presents and me personally i think this is like the BEST Christmas present i got this year

My order came in quickly. I ordered it with standard shipment so the plush was a square but just after opening she came to the full shape. After a couple of hours there was no sign of ever being squished into the box. My plush is perfect and I'm so in love with her ^^

Im verry happy with my order.I got gifted a Kazuha. It got ordered around 2 weeks ago and it's already here. I live in Germany so im more than satisfied with the fast delivery time. While unpacking we just had to laugh cause the squished Kazuha just looked funny and adorable. About 20 mins after unpacking the plushy already inflated back into it's full size. I can recommend plushshop to everyone. Im sure I will be a customer again soon.

That's exactly what I expected!
I ordered the Rengoku plushy, and was not disappointed by the product at all. The only drawback is that it DOES take a while to travel if you're far from their industry. I live in France, ordered it the 29th November and got it the 18th of December. Tbh the wait was a bit annoying but in the end I'm so happy with my plush ! :DD Very good quality, and despite they have to "squish" the plush to send it, it stretched out perfectly. Go for it if you feel like you need one :))

I gotta admit I was suspicious of this store. But my daughter wanted a Rosimeow so badly, so I gave it the benefit of doubt. The parcel took a little over 2 weeks to arrive (we live in Austria, Europe) which is okay. When we unpacked the plushie we were in for a surprise. It is HUGE (admittedly none of us had any idea how big 19IN is), it's beautiful with a premium-quality look, the plushie looks exactly as it was pictured, there's no bad smell, nothing to criticise. My daughter is super happy, I'm relieved it wasn't a scam, and it's very likely we're going to buy from Plushshop.com again. Yay!

I have placed the order on 25th November 2025.
This is 3weeks later, I haven't received the order , not even processing or shipping notification.
I have multiple emails received for marketing and advertisement though.
I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied that my daughter is going to be without the plush now, and it's not good enough as it was meant to be a gift from Santa.
I have requested refund.

Ordered on the 4th of December paid alot for shipping it was supposed to arrive between the 5-10th of December and it's now the 15th from all the reviews I don't believe it will be here for the big day itself as I emailed asking where it is and all they offered was a free gift if I order from them again

Totally love my hawks plushy he's massive and supper cuddly. So soft, love all the detail. Took a while for delivery but at this time of year it's expected

Although the shipping does take a while I order two plushies one got here in a week and the other got here in a little over a month but it’s okay the products are AWESOME and I know my daughter will love it
