I waited a very long time for a celing light which was also faulty and costed me money. I am wanting to return the item and get a refund. Their website clearly states they accept no refunds or no returns which means my money is wasted. No communication links are available

Where do I start .

Well, the " print' looked nothing like the one in the website. When it did come after three weeks I threw it in the bin, go to Wayfair or Dunelm instead

Awful

Well the order from China took two weeks to come and when it the canvas print looked nothing like the one in the advert. 35 pound down the drain as I certainly won't be putting that pile of rubbish on the wall.

Deserved a good review…

Bought a Glass vase and it came to me broken. One email and my problem was sorted out. I received a replacement very quickly. Brilliant service.
I don't usually write on reviews only read them, but because of the service I received thought they deserved a good review.

However, our standard delivery time is 5-15 working days which is stated on our site.

You ordered on the 18th November 2023 and your items were delivered on the 14th December 2023.

This is a total of 18 working days, unfortunately you also ordered during the black Friday period and there were logistics delays that are completely outside of our control as it is the busiest time of the year.

We refunded you 20% of your order as a good will gesture for the slight delay and feel that 1 star is unjustified. Not many companies would give such a big refund for a 3 day delay.

We always aim to to ensure our customers are happy with their service and product and are deeply saddened by this review and are sorry you feel this way.

Just as pictures. Kept informed, think I could have gone for a bigger size . Really nice quality bath Mat, definitely non slip like it says, and when it gets wet it doesn’t go through onto the floor which is good

A* customer service and product

Purchased some bedding from here and im very happy with the quality and speed of delivery.

I changed my mind after ordering and decided i wanted a different design so i used the customer help messenger on the site and the issue was resolved almost immediately.

Very impressed will be using them again.

Some of our products are made to design and then imported to ensure the highest quality and unique design. This process, as you correctly mentioned, can take between 15 to 25 working days, and we do state this on our website during the ordering process to set the right expectations for our customers. Unfortunately the product you have ordered is one of these and it is not within our 5-15 day guarantee.

You can check the product specification and it will be noted there if the delivery is longer than usual. 90% of our products are delivered within 3-7 days but some unique ones can take longer.

We completely understand that long delivery times can be frustrating, and we are continuously working to find ways to expedite this process without compromising the quality of our products. We are currently in early discussions with a new logistics supplier which should shorten the delivery times in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to provide you with the best possible items.

The product that was ordered as a gift…

The product that was ordered as a gift was well received.The item arrived by the date stated and although it was in good condition they thought the packaging was just ok could have done with more bubble wrap round it.
