If I was allowed to select zero stars I would, we have not received our order and it’s be almost two months since they sent an email saying it was shipped. No one returned emails nothing.
Plushyz otter
It took 2 weeks to get it. I've only had the plushy otter over 1 week and now it doesn't work !!! Very upset and disappointed!! I'm sure they won't respond to the message I sent them ! It was not cheap either.
Hit and miss.
I’ve ordered from them in the past with good results. This time was a trainwreck. Ordered and two months later, nothing. I emailed after a month and got Justin “the founder” replying it was almost ready to be shipped but two weeks later and nothing has been sent. I emailed again 3 days ago and no reply at all. Such a shame and way more expensive than an oodie which are amazing at shipping their items.

Ordered early November 2022. It is now 7 February 2023 and I still haven’t recieved the item.
I contacted the team and they either do not reply or say their courier has not replied to their query in an attempt to track my order.
It doesn’t stop them sending a ridiculous amount of email “offers” to buy more stuff at heavily reduced prices.
Save yourself the hassle and do not buy.

Bought plushy July 31st
Bought plushy July 31st, today is October 8th an not received. They printed a shipping label to try to show it was sent, but it still says USPS Awaiting Item. They are shipping from a town 30 minutes from LA, they could have just dropped it off at my house, ha! I sent many emails in which they said they are asking their shipment department. Then they don't follow-up, reply, or respond to me asking for a refund. I even let them know my cat died I make the hoodie for and they just said - we'll check with our shipping department, thanks for your purchase!
Really bad way to do business, just filed a chargeback with my credit card. Don't buy from them.

The material is incredibly cheap. The print was awful and awkward of my dog - his face was made awkwardly large and the color of his fur was made to look like he is grey or light brown when he is dark brindle. The oodie also STANK terribly that I had to wash it straight away. I'm extremely disappointed for how much this cost and wish I had purchased from the original oodie website. It also took WEEKS to come in the mail.
7 weeks, no tracking number or order.
I ordered 2 plushies on the 7th of August, received no confirmation email or no tracking number. I emailed the company, they replied on the 13th of September and was given a link to a tracking number that would take around 7 business days to update, when the order was placed 6 weeks before then. It’s now the 24th of September and still no updated tracking number, biggest waste of $240, don’t bother wasting your money, I’ll be surprised if I even get my order.

I have been waiting for over a month for my two Plushys. They said it arrives in 10 days. They keep fobbing me off saying it is in production. We have missed fathers day, the birthday and winter. I no longer want them and they won't refund me saying it is coming!?!? Absolutely abysmal. They are MIA
Poor customer service
Ordered on the 17th July and on their website states 10+ days. 3 weeks went by and no update or contact from them. I emailed them to advise there was delay and that it would 3-5 weeks from date of order. 6 weeks later and still nothing. I have been advised the past 10 days by Justin that order has been dispatched look out for your tracking number but no tracking number received. I have now contacted office of fair trading and also the merchant how I paid to try and retrieve my payment back. I have emailed but had no reply for the past 2 days. This was for a gift and I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Personally after order from Oodie numerous times I would stick with them. Amazing customer service and order received very quickly. Hopefully fair trading can look into them and stop them from conning people out of money and my merchant gets me my money back.

During order process, website claimed delivery would be within 10-15 days. 2 months later I have no idea where the order is or how long it will take. Customer service give me false and misleading replies. Terrible business.

I asked them to re do it as it's for a gift and it's clearly not the same cat and I was refused. Waste of money. Also misleading they claim to be in Australia but it is only owned. Purchased early March 2022, and 2.5 months later still not received. I've checked tracking and it says "item not yet shipped". I've asked for updates, different stories given each time. I've now asked for my money back and then I was blocked. I've never been rude or aggressive, but I do deserve a response. I don't recommend at all. I've now taken it up with my bank to recover the $200 I spent.

Continually emails back and forth to customer service with virtually the exact same simple, short response, "sorry, we'll look into this for you".
THREE months later, the item arrived.

The guys that run this business Eddie and Justin are the typical entrepreneur churn and burn type of business people that sell poorly made products at a premium price by advertising through Facebook. I'm sure Plushy is only one of many businesses they run like this.
Many people legitimately complain but they hide these comments on Facebook which is deceiving. Clearly they only care about setting up businesses and making money at the lowest cost to them, no matter how bad the experience is for the customer.
My issues are as follows and they don't even care:
1. After payment they tell you a designer will be in touch to show you a proof of your design which never happened.
2. Communication is poor. Once you've paid you receive the designer email and then 6 weeks later you finally receive it after wondering if you've accurately been scammed. They messaged me on Facebook to tell me it had been "shipped this week" and 4 weeks later it arrived!
3. It was 3 weeks late after Christmas when I had ordered before the Christmas cut off date they advertised.
4. The gift wrapping is a blatant rip off ($19.95 for only a basic tacky looking ribbon - where's the actual wrapping?!)
5. Wrapped with branding all over it. My wife accepted the delivery and now knows what she's getting since it got delivered with the plushy logo all over it!
