Do not use these people. They are bandits. Charged me nearly £500 to turn off a leaky radiator that took 5 minutes. Should have been done in the call out charge of £120z. I had no choice as elderly mother in law would have had a slippery bathroom.

Be careful when using PM247 for an emergency callout
Following an emergency call out (for which I paid), PM247 quoted a total of over £900 to fix the (very small) problem. They wouldn’t break down the costs between parts and labour. I managed to get hold of my regular plumber who fixed the problem in 30mins for less than £150. If you use their emergency 24/7 call out, expect them to charge a fortune to resolve the issue when they know that you have to get the problem fixed as a matter of urgency.
