The PMP certification is pretty good for Senior managers as it helps build the right mindset and change some of the rigid mindsets. I like the emphasis on servant leadership mindset!!

PMP is need of the time, Organization constantly challenging the existing material, contents and constantly improving, enhancing and enriching the course adopting to new standards, requirements and conditions. Things are changing drastically because of fast technological evolution. Specially AI enablement bringing lot more visibility with predictable analysis

Study Hall was the DEFINITIVE resource in preparing for the PMP.

I was not able to adjust the font size during the test, and not able to bring the monitor closer to me, resulting in me leaning over the table for the whole test. That sucked.

Earning my PMP was a challenging but rewarding experience, and overall, PMI did many things well in creating a rigorous and credible certification process that truly reflects professional project management practice.
Overall, my PMP experience was very positive. PMI does an excellent job maintaining the credibility of the certification and aligning the exam with real-world project management through strong emphasis on situational judgment, agile, and hybrid approaches. The application and testing processes were clear and well administered, and earning the PMP felt meaningful and professionally rewarding.
Opportunities for improvement include clearer wording on some exam questions and providing more official practice questions that closely mirror the complexity of the actual exam. Additional guidance on effective study strategies—especially for experienced professionals returning to an exam environment—would also enhance the candidate experience.

I liked the study hall content and overall PMP preparation, exams are interseting and can be challenging if you don't adopt PMI mindset, for me PMI is worthy experience

The questions were good. Found a few mistakes, learned after the first one I could report them. Appreciated the mini tests.

Being a member is invaluable. There is so much information available, from learning and resources. I especially enjoy the networking events. I have made many contacts at these events. The customer service experience is top notch.

Communication along with the website for members provided helpful information to successfully navigate the process.

I guess the great thing about my experience was the challenging exam as I'm always up for any challenge and I must admit it was extremely hard. I underestimated my first exam writing and was shocked with my score.
The second writing of my PMP exam was surprisingly even harder after reviewing the study hall and completing most of the exams with score above 80% I just missed passing.
The third writing I was more nervous but extremely prepared, as I mastered the study hall then understood the PMI mindset with what I felt like was some trickery to the questions. I passed with a great score, feeling a great sense of accomplishment. I also, now feel very confident in the PMP world and look forward to furthering my work life goals.

All of the details for taking my PMP exam were provided for in plenty of time before mt exam date. The staff at the Boise office were great. All were professional, friendly, and provided clear instructions during my check in and exam.

The Project Management Institute (PMI) is doing an excellent job of providing professionals with methods to improve their processes and project management skills. The institute has been instrumental in many of my professional successes and career development.

Overall, the test was challenging. However, PMI gave me everything I needed to pass the exam.

I passed my exam first try AT/T/AT. The application, scheduling, and test center was fine; however, I found the entire process of studying for this exam very frustrating. While I find that the mindset/tools/methodologies are highly valuable, I think many of the scenarios are idealistic and therefore not valuable in the real world. The price of the certification far exceeds the learning value of taking the exam and the value is in your “verification” of general project management knowledge.

The PMI class was of no help and way over priced. Not even remotely helpful or worth the money. I would call it a complete waste. If I had to do it over again I would have taken one of the cheaper third party courses. The study hall was useful and worth the money but was more difficult than the test so it was hard to know when I was ready. The test itself was reasonable. The administration side of things were fine.

My experience with this company was really good overall. The application process was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification, their team was quick to respond and very supportive, which I truly appreciated.

In general, the service was professional and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them to others. That said, I think there’s still a little room for improvement when it comes to response time and making the process even faster.
