There was little difficult pament via transfer, but the goods were sent without problems in time. The e-shop seems reliable. I am little confused about quality of tyres, but they were my choice. Chi... See more
The tires arrived in good condition. The contact and support respond within 1–2 days — it's either AI or in a foreign language, but they do reply. Delivery takes up to 10 days, and I’m satisfied.
I ordered two tires for my motorbike. Everything was perfect and fast, but I recieved two packages in two days. I would prefer delivering in one package in one day.

Good price but insufficient delivery experience
Good price, good shopping but insufficient information during the delivery. No information in advance about delivery, wrongly printed phone number so the currier could not reach me.

Didn´t receive product in advertised date, customer support doesn´t exist - there is just AI.
They also false claim shipping by generating shipping number, but never handed to shipping company.
Looks like a scam.
EDIT: Company lies about delivery dates and is almost possible to get in contact with real humans. Beware, its a fraudalent business and money looks to be very hard to get back.
EDIT2: Company doesn´t refund any money, its terms is full of scam practices, beware if you are not ready for lawsuit.
