I bought lifetime plan first all was well then they came up withh upgrade of enterprise plan restricting major image and to make that worse, limit of only 100 images... thats unfair, type of scam

Don't waste your money! This is a scam. They get you to purchase their top most expensive plan saying you get everything/always and then they come up with a new angle with a new name say.... Oh wait, now we have a new plan (getting just what you have already paid for) and they try to get more money from you.

I paid for a lifetime plan. But after some time, they started charging more, even though I am a premium member. and finally they blocked my account; now I can't access my account. So my money is wasted. So don't pay a single penny on this website. This is the big scam.

I'm publishing this review as a user, not as a designer. I subscribed to their Lifetime Deal (LTD) 2 or 3 years ago, and had access to the premium catalog. Now they've added an "Enterprise" catalog that I don't have access to unless, of course, I pay for it ($299/year). That's unfair.

They force you to register to be able to download the exact image for free and after registration, they force you to become a premium user to download the same image. As you can see, even after that you will not be able to download anything in many cases.

Don't go near this company they only inform you of the restrictions after you have paid. They have refused to confirm my request for a refund stating "Jet Lag" as a reason.

For example, if I earned $5 on 3/14/24, after 2 days, they deducted $2 without valid reasons. This has happened repeatedly, indicating a pattern of unfair practices."

I signed up for a lifetime license way back in January 2017 when they just started. I think I only paid $40 thinking I will be able to download images no problem. I was able to use hundreds of their images, pngs, jpegs since then. But now when I go to their website, I'm bombarded with pop ups to sign up for an Enterprise subscription. Based on the negative reviews here, I'm NOT going to subscribe as the website is becoming a scammer. My lifetime license is a fraud as they only have few images I can download. 90% of the images I like are now within the Enterprise license. Pngtree is Chinese owned so they don't care if Trustpilot is littered with one star review of their website. People running the website should be ashamed of themselves.

Like many others have stated, I paid for the premier plan and for a couple of months, I was able to download pretty much anything I needed and then it all changed and most of the images of better quality were moved to their ridiculously expensive 'enterprise' plan. What is enterprising about ripping people off? I looked through most of the Trustpilot comments on Pngtree and quite literally, the only positive comments are clearly written by people who work at Pngtree. The detail that the positive reviews go into are just not what your average Joe or Josephine would say. Just awful.

As with most people here, I am very disappointed with their pricing plan. I subscribed to a lifetime plan, and then they have a new plan is Enterprise, ok! I subscribed to it, and now you know what, I am crazy with their captcha protected. Solve 3 captchas with no success, again and failed again. Poor site!

I have purchased a "premium" account and everything worked fine for a while. Now every time I want to use my "premium lifetime" subscription the site wants me to buy it again. pngtree has reactivated my acct twice however I am now dealing with a 3rd incident and they have NOT responded. I hate leaving a negative review however I am experincing poor business ethics from pngtree.

I have purchase lifetime account. after purchase it. the admin deleted my account. It is a big SCAM. Do not purchase it.

You stole money from me using my card without permission, I’m still waiting for the money back.

I signed up for a lifetime premium account which enabled you to access all images. They have now added an enterprise account. Everytime you click on a design that you like it is in the enterprise account and you don't have access to it. I definitely would not recommend PNGtree to anyone for this reason.

Bought the lifetime plan (for like $200 bucks) and it worked for a bit, but then I tried to log in and it said wrong account or password. So I put that I forgot my password thinking maybe... but then they say there is no account under that email.

If you are also a designer or need to use high-quality pictures and design elements, then I strongly recommend you to try PNGTree, I believe you will fall in love with it.
