Took out a 1 month Premium plan in 2018 with unlimited full use license and downloaded a few images on three occasions during the course of that month. The plan also included permanent use though they... See more

Scam Site Now
Having been a user with lifetime premium licence they have now decided to create a new category “Enterprise” and the images of any decent quality’s have been moved there. Certainly won’t be signing up to it as god knows how long until they create an “Premium Enterprise” licence and try to get you to upgrade again. I would not recommend that anyone signs up for this site now.
Scam service
Tried signing up twice with different emails on different days and in both cases they said I used my free amount of downloads even though I had never been with them before. Obviously, they just want to grab your email for spam
Can't get their downloads to open
Can't get their downloads to open. Useless. Wasted $130...
The concept of packages being switched…
The concept of packages being switched and customers being the ones being tricked into their subscriptions. Even if you have purchased the premium package, they will constantly attack by continuously advertising the business package in an extreme way. Even if you turn it off, it will still appear for you to click on to go to buy the business package. your. Professional scammers, advise everyone to buy the package at Freepik.
Making us fool, lifetime license is a scam
When you get a lifetime license, they'll leave you with some poor content and will put all the good content in the enterprise plan. LOL. Got scammed. When people will start getting the enterprise, they'll create another category and fool you all.
I paid a fair price for the lifetime…
I paid a fair price for the lifetime membership, but now they have come out and moved the quality photos to the "Enterprise" membership leaving mediocre choices in the "lifetime premium membership"
Do not rewards scammers and cheats by paying for their product and certainly do not buy a membership as you cannot trust them to honour their contract
I have a lifetime license
I have a lifetime license. For the first couple years, I was able to access all sorts of assets I needed for content creation.
But since 2023, everything I want and need, (basically all the nice assets) requires an enterprise license, leaving you with poor-quality assets.
Bait & Switch Scheme
Like someone else, I fell for the lifetime membership promo. I was able to get a few assets for a while but lately everything requires an Enterprise membership (which is like $300-$400). So, basically I just wasted my money on something I can't use. But like the saying goes..."if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!"
I got ripped off by pngtree.
I got ripped off by pngtree.
I fell for a lifetime subscription which I paid for because I needed an image quickly, and assumed I would use it enough that it was worth doing. On attempting to download that image I find that it's only available on a higher plan, as are many of its assets.
The refused to refund me as per their terms and conditions although I have not used a single item from them.
Ignoring and no response from the company.
The customer service at this company is a nightmare. They do not show the slightest will to help. Ignoring is the order of the day there. You don't even know who you correspond with - one email address is unknown to whom. This is unheard of these days.
liers it is not free

I have ordered and paid for two shirts that I never received, with no customer service, SCAM COMPANY
Seems to be very unstable.
UPDATE: The site came out of maintenance.
So I was able to login.
I'm not sure what is going on here. Updates in the future if I have any further problems.
There is no easy way to delete your account
Luckily I haven't paid for anything, but I got overloaded with emails. I tried deleting my account. Not possible. There is a faq tab where they say you need to do it through customer support, but then they don't respond. Don't create an account or pay for anything on this site please!
PNGtree is a scam! Do not buy the lifetime deal.
I purchased a lifetime deal and after a year they simply deleted my login. I try to login and it says that an account with my email does not exist.
Scamming
Scamming, no much to download, no option for delating account, I recommend to close the connection via google, if you use this way of loging into the pngtree
Beware, Save Your Money, Go To Canva!
I initially loved the idea of this, as a bobbin lace designer, I was looking for copyright-free images of Celtic Knot designs but when I enquired as to whether or not the designs were ok to use as a base for a lace design, the company couldn't tell me. In the end, their customer service became a bit of a joke as they weren't even answering the question I had asked. Ended up getting a refund and then they didn't refund the full amount. Beware as this is a pretty bad company. I think the crunch came when they sent me an email asking for feedback and the link didn't even work!
claim it is free to download
Bad.
Messy UI and right from the start they're trying to sell you subscription. 2 daily download limit......
Bogus and Scam..
