My first experience with a crypto exchange wouldn't have been this good if it wasn't for PocketBits. Their services are good but a little slow, however, the end results are as satisfactory as one could think of. I would certainly keep them as my go to exchange anytime.

I am extremely happy with their services. They are as they promise to be, fast, secure and efficient. I would certainly recommend PocketBits to anyone who's new to this field, they are worth every second of your time and effort.

One flaw, I just found out.
They didn't had minimum deposit of btc mentioned anywhere. My amount was not credited fully. But kudos to the customer care executives (Aditya). He understood my situation and instantly solved my problem and explained about minimum deposits. These guys are true professional unlike bitbns. (They are literally Thieves, rob u out with nothing).
U ever want a best trading platform in India, go for pocket bits. They are the best..!!

I have logged back into my account after 2 years since the ban of crypto from RBI. Honestly, I didn't have much hope if the platform was still as active as before, but to my surprise, the platform was fully functional and performant. Though what made me most happy was the quick actionable support. Vedika in the support staff was super helpful and she solved all my issues right away. Thank you again to the entire Pocketbits team for all that you do.

I have been using this site for nearly 3 years. I had recently sent XRP without tag; despite this they helped me and get my funds.
Had faced this issue on another Indian exchange as well but they said it's not their responsibility. You guys have won my loyalty by helping me. Keep it up!
PS: there is scope for improvement on the UI.
