Customer Support is very good
Customer Support is very good. I made a mistake in sending XRP to pocketbits and did not give the tag. They were very friendly and helped me to recover the funds that could have otherwise been lost on some other exchange. I am happy to be a pocketbits user. good job!!!

Remarkable Changes!!!
Ive been an active user on pocketbits for a while now and i must say i am overwhelmed with the changes they have made in their website. It has become more user friendly which is great as im not that tech savy.
I also learnt from them that they are soon launching a mobile app too; for which i am eagerly waiting.
The experience of trading on the new platform is great.
