Sizing is confusing
Sizing is confusing. Ordered a UK 6 got an EU40 which is too big as it's UK 6.5, not a 6. Customer services not very helpful and just said it was labelled as 6/40.

We follow SATRA guidelines for sizing our shoes and SATRA is considered a leading technical authority for footwear. I do realise it is different to your standard high street retailers which is why we make it as clear as possible to label the UK to EU size conversion on our website and on the size guide.

Ok shoe
Not bad,nice shoe but a bit hard underfoot could do with more cushioning.would advise gel insole.

Great shoes but...stronger velcro
Great shoes, my son loves them and they fit well. I've found that (after purchasing a couple of pairs of these over the last year) that the Velcro straps go long before the rest of the shoe fabric. They are generally good for 3+months of daily wear. This doesn't make them a bad purchase but it is a bit of a design flaw; it means they have to be thrown out possibly 3 months earlier than they should be. Is it possible to source stronger velcro?

Lovely shoes
Lovely shoes, really light and bouncy and very stylish and good quality. Only issue is the Velcro straps are a stiff so they’re really difficult to get on and off for a 7-year old

Will not use this company again
I placed an order and paid for shoes that they had on stock, The order was accepted, followed by despatch. Later in the day received and email to say no stock and my money would be returned.
Why can my money can be in their account within minutes- but take10 days to return it!
And why show stock availability- and when they go to pick it it’s not available. Is it there security weak or their management systems or do they just wish to use our money?

I am sorry to see this. I can assure you that your order was placed on the 2nd January at 9.45pm and we refunded the order at 3pm on 3rd January when we were notified by our dispatch team that we no longer had your style and size in stock. There was a glitch on the website with stock levels that allowed this to happen and I can only apologise. The amount of time that a refund takes to hit your account varies by bank and I am sorry to hear that it took so long.

I love the Holly boots
I love the Holly boots. So comfy, lovely soft leather, practical for my work and they look great. I had an issue with the sole on of the boots. I contacted customer services and I had a brand new pair of boots delivered within 24hrs! Fantastic boots and even better customer service. Do size down. I'm usually a 6 (39) and ordered the 5.5. I could probably went down another half size. Plenty of room for thick socks in winter and lots of room to adjust calf width.
