Great support team

The support team got back to me fast even late at night. They helped me in fixing an accidental duplicate account and got it refunded. They also helped me with archiving the actual account.

Prompt, precise, and polite service

They answered my email request almost instantly, gave precise instructions on how to fix my problem, and when I unknowingly deviated from their instructions a tiny bit and failed to fix my problem, I sent in another email asking for help, and they responded instantly with the fix.

Quick and accurate information. They know how to help and go the distance to check if everything is up to standards. They helped me with more than i asked, things i didn't know anything about, but was crucial for my podcast. So grateful for the assistance I received here, made my life smooth and easy. Highly recommend Podbean

I've been using Podbean as a pdcaster and a listener.
As a podcaster I am very satisfied with the website, the app, the recommendations to improve my podcast, the great customer support.
I highly recommend Podbean to every person who wishes to host a podcast.

Best email customer support ever

I'm never happy when a web-based company only provides email customer support BUT Podbean has changed my view of email customer support.

I reached out to them and figured (despite their claim to have a quick response) it may be a while to get a reply. Well, I thought I was right and reached out again a week later, only to find I missed their reply almost immediately after my original support ticket was submitted.

Podbean graciously forwarded me the missed email and within 5 minutes and 3 email messages later, my issue was resolved.
