I did Radio and Weather for 33 years! …and at this point in the ballgame, I’ve just become a preacher and started my own ministry. Having a podcast was sure to be a must have. Podbean helped me every step of the way. I had never done a podcast. They walked me through some set-up procedures and even assisted me in getting my podcast on other apps and websites! I would recommend Podbean as the first choice for anyone wanting to do a podcast!

The four stars is where I'm at with myself in reference to dealing with you guys set up but in general I would say that you would get five stars. Podbean has been an experience for me getting back on the computer doing more than just surfing the internet and really helping me out in that aspect and as I research topics I'm learning more than I already knew about the things that I called myself good at so when it comes time for me to speak or dialog I can promote the information that I want to share in a better life more easily understandable and what not. The only problem I have and it's not an issue with pod beam is my graphics sometimes I can't load my graphics into the specific spot that I'm trying to get the picture in and I did find help in using Microsoft designer really help me a lot but I have been having a little problem with getting like the MP4 and different image of pages and whatnot to use and then applying text box onto the images myself without going to an outside source years ago I took a course in computer graphics with Adobe I'll tell you how far back it was Adobe 7 and I figured it might be something like that to create my images and my logo but that's about the only part that's not going I totally smooth for me but Podbeanis very easy to use I mean it's hands on they give you so many tutorials and different articles and stuff like that or pages you can go to that they supply information that you can find out just about anything whether you want to read it yourself on your computer or your phone or you want to listen to it you know speak to you verbally it's just been a good experience for me and I've been enjoying myself don't let yourself get too burnt out on it cuz if you get burnt out then you're going to give up on something that you probably initially really cared about so sometimes you have to lay it down rest for a day or two and then come back then when you come back and look at the same information and pages you'll actually find out that you learned a lot about what you're doing with Podbean, and yourself that you never even realize two days prior but I would definitely recommend Podbean to anybody that wanted to start a podcast or live streaming you know and it's definitely it's definitely worth it even if you do the free thing or you want to you want to get an upgrade and they have very fair with their pricing for what they provide you with and it's up to you if you want move higher up the ladder you stay in touch with them and give them the opportunity to work with you they'll provide with everything you need all you have to do is bring your iPhones Android phones microphone and headphones to the table and you're off to the races.

I stated with the free version and as our podcast Those Crazy Bible Study Guys began to take flight, we added more services to save time and money while making it higher quality. Lastly, their support is phenomenal!

As always, Podbean gets back with me on all my issues I have when I enter my tickets for any questions. They are very efficient in describing the issue and how to handle it, and stay with you until your issue is fixed. Podbean is always right on with there tickets that are put in with any questions I have.

I use various sites and online services for my creative work and Podbean is one of the best. I started podcasting from a zero knowledge base and I found their site easy and intuitive. Their knowledge base and support are also excellent. I have only had to ask two questions in the past three years and on each occasion I have had a response within the day.

Some very handy features but not the best UX and UI

I had an issue with a new account that I opened. Originally I was frustrated with the solutions given. I closed the account and opened a new account and Podbean made it right by refunding all that I spent setting up the first account. They made all things right.

Support's response was fast, clear and concise. I was provided with several options to my question, which was very much appreciated. Thanks again!

Podbean is the very best way to listen to podcasts as it allows you to create your own Playlists so you can group and listen to specific podcasts - so helpful - and their customer service is excellent too!

These guys are superb with their customer support. Whenever I have run into an issue (all of my own doing), the response is immediate and they always steer me towards a perfect resolution. If you have a podcast you are producing, these are the guys you want hosting. Without a doubt.

Podbean is a great podcast host. It works really great, it's intuitive and with good tutorials, and you really feel part of the community and they are excellent at responding to tickets.
