I made a few mistakes trying to sign up for a recurring patron donation. I dreaded the process I would have to go through to correct it and thought I would need to go through my credit card company. First, I gave the contact email at podbean a try. They got right back to me with a solution. When I procrastinated a few days, they followed up to check on my progress. I followed their directions and solved my problems quickly. Great job.

The Customer Service/ Technical Support I received was wonderful! The email responses were quick and helped me to realize what the problem was. FYI, if you have an Apple product you are trying to sign up with Podbean, it’s best to sign up with your email first and then allow FaceID/ automatic password. If you set it up the other way first, your account will not have an email and you will be limited on what you can do. (You will not be able to verify your email.)

I love Podbean. I wish I had switched my podcast, Riding The Wild Bubble, over to Podbean a long time ago!

The customer service team is always amazing. My issue was taken care of with ease and swiftness. Each time I reach out with any questions they’re extremely helpful.

Podbean made using your own domain easy to do as an old man with no computer skills. My host also needed to understand the process. It was easy to share Podbeans instructions with my domain host so that they also understood their part of the process.

Podbean is very considerate in dealing with new podcasters, allowing them assorted podcasting features and discounts.

Podbean staff really took the time to evaluate my exact error and help me correct it within 24 hours!

Whenever I've had any issues ( which is pretty rare ), Podbean has been very quick to act.
This is mostly if having to set up on a new platform, such as recently when Google podcasts changed to You Tube Music.

Podbean made the transition to a new host seamless and easy. Their customer service is incredible and they get back to you quickly and are very helpful. 5 stars from me.

I had to migrate my podcast due to Acast abruptly changing their TOS after I was a client for 5+ years and they dropped me with no real consideration. Podbean has been so incredibly helpful, and quick to respond, to help me get my podcast back up and running and I am incredibly grateful to them for that
