Great Products and an Even Better Team!
Ricardo was so helpful throughout the research and buying process, helping to provide me with a solution for contrast therapy. I already owned a Sauna Pod but was looking to add something to the mix to aid in recovery. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The company promised shipping within 5 days, but it has now been over three weeks and I have only received the accessories, not the sauna pod. Their shipping claims are inaccurate and misleading.

It was my own fault but I placed my order to the wrong address. Even though it was outside business hours, I got an email response from Alex with the support team within an hour and he fully remedied the issue. Seems like a fantastic company!

Awesome pre sales customer service
The customer service rep Megan had quickly and professionally answered my questions about the differences between the Sauna Pod 1.0 vs the 2.0.
She not only was kind in her responses but followed up quickly to address an error in my shipping address (which was likely my fault)
And to make the experience even better, she’s a human 😂 not some AI bot, which made the transaction more human and personable.
I am awaiting delivery of the Sauna Pod 2.0 and special bonuses, but if their products are as good as their customer service I’m sure to enjoy them as well.

Great Products ... and service
After less than a year, my Pod plunge pool chiller stopped working. After making certain the problem was on my end, I contacted The Pod Company and via email explained the issue. Was pleased when Giorgi, a customer happiness agent, responded with some potential solutions. I'm currently awaiting a new cord for my chiller unit and that, hopefully, will solve said issue. All in, so far, Giorgi and The Pod Company, have responded quickly to my concerns. I really enjoy their products (both plunge pod and sauna). Great value. Glad their customer service seems to be on par with that quality proposition.
