Great deal and service!

I ordered a Icepod Pro and the Pro Chiller. Megan was very prompt at answering my questions about the product and sent me email with my order ready to go. I am a returning customer and appreciate The Pod Company for their quality products and service.

It’s so rare these days for companies…

It’s so rare these days for companies to have great customer service. The Pod Company does it right. I had several questions about my order and they answered everything thoroughly and in a timely manner. Ricardo helped me out with a new order to upgrade my contrast therapy setup, and I appreciate his assistance very much.

More Than Expected!

I bought The POD Company’s Sauna Pod from a friend. The Sauna was only used just a couple times before I purchased it. It works phenomenally well! It goes up easy, but just be mindful it is a tight fit, so have patience and don’t force it on the frame. It will make you SWEAT in just minutes!!!

Every person I have been in contact…

Every person I have been in contact with through their customer service program was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. They were very prompt in answering any question I had. Tamara and Roberto were wonderful!

Marie, was a big help in solving a rare minor issue with one of my orders. The pod company has wonderful customer service these days a lot of companies use ai, me personally I want to talk to real individuals not a computer. So in conclusion Maria was wonderful in making things right..Thanks again Marie.

Prompt Customer Service (even over the weekend)

I had an issue come up on the weekend and contacted customer service on a Saturday morning. Alex reviewed my issue and resolved it within a couple of hours. Very happy with the level of customer service I received today, but also throughout my entire experience with the company.
