The installation went well but the communication around it was not so good. It was difficult to know when the installer because I was told it was the afternoon but also the morning and then they were slightly late turning up. Once the installer was here the installation went well.

Turned on time first appointment all installed just waiting to check on the car later against the solar. Need to update info as chat gpt said this charger was not compatible nearly ordered another brand luckily did my own homework and found it does and it’s most advanced charged since we already had podpoint before this was the best move with the upgrade option

Reasonable standard.
Friendly chap. Pod did not work initially, had to wait for firmware update which took a long time.
Fitter understandably keen to get to next job but no clean up done, left boxes and wire scrap. Overall, a reasonable standard job.
