Not great communication
I emailed to ask to move my installation date because we had booked a last minute holiday. Recieved a response saying the installation had been cancelled and someone would be in touch to re-book. Then got a reminder for my appointment on the original date so had to arrange for someone to be at my house on the day in case they came... which they did. The installation itself went fine and the guy was really helpful.

My call handler was Jamella Venzon who was able to rectify my issue with a slow charger within minutes of calling. Great service
Great device and look, installation could be improved.
Installation was seamless and the device looks good and works well. Unfortunately, the work produced dust which covered nearby cars, the technician refused responsibility suggesting the dust would be a different colour, it was evident that this is not the case. It was a shame that no advance warning was given by the technician and put on a dampener an otherwise decent installation.

On our second attempt to load podpoint…
On our second attempt to load podpoint app onto an additional phone, I spoke on my husbands behalf with John who spent 20 mins successfully talking me through the whole process.
I had previously phone last Thursday and the lady I spoke to was extremely unhelpful.
John was extremely patient as I am not very tech savvy.

Moved into a property with a podpoint 3 years ago bur didnt have an EV until now. Didnt realise everything needed to be moved to a new accoujt but podpoint services were excellent at helping me to do this. New car now charging nicely.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Despite the fact that the charger isn't live yet, due to missing earth bonding, the fitter was excellent. Arrived on time, was knowledgeable and very professional.

I confirmed my appointment for installation but they did not turn up, very frustrating when you have arranged a day off work. I was then given a date 5 weeks away with no way to charge my car at home. When it was finally fitted, there is a problem with it and it doesn’t work. Currently waiting on a repair.

Had to contact the company about a refund query on my account after an issue charging at one of their pod points.
They responded very quickly and agreed to my my request for a refund without any quibbles.

Misleading & Badly Organised
Created a basket online but didn’t initially proceed. Literally within 10 minutes a salesman had emailed and called to follow-up.
The email from the salesman states installs within 1-2 weeks. My appointment is then confirmed for in 4 weeks time.
They email you a receipt which states an email address to email with any queries - which I do. An automated reply is received stating that’s not the way to make contact anymore. They just haven’t bothered to update there emails.
As soon as I can get a refund I’ll be off elsewhere
