Ron, the concierge is very kind and helpful, always helping me with my requests with a smile on his face!
I am giving 2 stars because this issue has been ongoing since October 2025 and has had a significant impact on my family’s quality of life.
For many months, we experienced severe vibration and humming noise in our apartment, often during the night, affecting our ability to sleep. The issue was eventually resolved but later returned again.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication and coordination between different teams. I repeatedly had to explain the same issue to different staff members, and on one occasion an engineer attended without any knowledge of the previous repairs or investigation history.
There was also very little proactive communication following previous repair works, despite the issue being recurring and serious.
To be fair, some members of the management team, particularly the Duty Managers who attended my apartment, took the issue seriously, carried out inspections and helped progress the investigation. The vibration has currently stopped following recent works.
However, residents should not have to spend months chasing updates, repeating the same information and losing sleep before a recurring building issue is properly addressed.
POD Management needs to improve communication between teams, maintain proper repair records and provide clearer follow-up when dealing with ongoing defects.
Gio from the concierge team at SQP is an absolute standout. He has this incredible ability to remember everyone’s name, which instantly makes every interaction feel personal and thoughtful. No matter how busy things get, he’s always welcoming, always smiling, and always ready to help with genuine enthusiasm.
just moved in and it was so easy booking a loading bay. The guys in the loading bay were really helpful, everything done smoothly with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Made moving in so easy, thank you.
I want to make it very clear that my low rating goes for the way management team dealt during power outages. Lack of communication, lack of urgency and lack of proactive measures made the residents of the building suffer during power outages (happened twice in 7 months) and full recovery would take > 10 weeks. If not Gio, my rating would have been much lower.
On the other hand I want to say massive thanks to Gio! His support, friendliness and care has been absolutely spectacular. He has set a high bar on any concierge service going forward and I will miss him a lot.
Carlo, the concierge at West Apartment, is fantastic. Always friendly, always happy to help, and you can genuinely rely on him to sort things out. Makes living here so much easier. Highly recommend!
Bare large "Brown sites" ignored with no irrigation on plants with flowers planted by us and watered by us !!!!

The people at the desk are always helpful, friendly, and seemingly eager to please, sometimes under difficult circumstances. Without wishing to single out one person (but I will!) Gio (Giovanie Andia) is always particularly helpful. Interacting with the staff is always a very positive experience.

He has always been polite, friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. He consistently treats residents with professionalism and kindness, which makes a real difference day to day.
I do think Carlo and all of the concierge team deserve recognition for the positive service they provide to residents at Ashley Road.
