A mouse ate the ear muffs of my kids headphones. There is no repair or replacement parts for any of their equipment. As such they recommend putting them in landfill and buying whole new headphones. Environmentally hideous position for a company. Kids ruin parts all the time. Why produce anything for children without having replacement parts
Pogs Gecko - nice headphones, decent sound. Only had sound out of one headphone out of warranty period. Declined to repair or replace.
This is symptomatic of a loose internal connection. This was confirmed by opening them up.
Not the durability to be expected from a premium pair of kids headphones.
The company could have reopened and fixed the wire. Which would have backed up their eco credentials. Unfortunately now e waste.
We have had 2 pairs of wired pogs headphones for over 2 years without any issues, we bought a new pair for our youngest 6 months ago and unfortunately they broke. I contacted pogs and they were so friendly and offered to send us a replacement. So pleased and very happy to recommend a quality product from a stand up company.
They make great headphones, and the customer service is excellent. Have had three pairs for just under two years. They are used almost daily. One pair stopped charging so I contacted them and the troubleshooting and replacement was super efficient. Will definitely buy from POGs again.
I bought 2 sets of The Gecko headphone for my kids 2-4.
They love the look and the sound is perfect for little ears.
I bought them in June 2022.
Recently one of them broke and is only playing sound through one of the earpieces.
I contacted the company and they have dispatched a new set without preconditions and for free.
This is one of the best experiences I have had with customer support.
They have requested I send them the broken set which is covered by them to help with product improvement.
