The meals and staff were terrible
The meals and staff were terrible. Shuttle bus service appalling timing, when you could get on due to the queue. We have stayed in many places in Italy as we love it but this is the worst one. Had to pay extra to eat out. Setting was very nice and swimming pool

Dear Shirley, we're glad you enjoyed our location and the swimming pool. Since your last visit in 2022 we made a lot of improvement, first of all in the shuttle service: it runs more frequently, in crowded time we have 2 or 3 of them and we are trying to improving again for next season. The Restaurant had more option this past summer and we hope to welcome you again in the future to try and see the Resort again.

Family holiday
A very pleasant hotel and resort with plenty to do. The spa is nice with plenty of treatments on offer. The kids club is good with enthusiastic and friendly staff. Drinks in the bar are comparable in price to those in Garda.There is a regular shuttle bus to Garda from the resort or you can walk, it takes up to about 40 minutes and is mostly down hill with some good views.

The resort is beautiful
The resort is beautiful, a quick 7m ride to the main lake and surrounds, the facilities within the resort are excellent and can keep a family for a week.
All of that in a very reasonable price, we will highly recommend it for any one.

A fabulous family holiday
We had a wonderful stay at Poiana resort for our family holiday July 2024. The room was beautiful, very clean and we had an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options for all the family including vegans. The pool area was fun for the children and the bar was great for the adults, and the grounds of the resort were very relaxing and pretty. We visited the wonderful spa, used the transport to lake Garda daily and were so grateful for the golf buggy to help us get around the resort driven by Fabio who absolutely made our stay. We’ll definitely be back. A great location for exploring the area too, we went to a few places round the lake and had a day in Verona. Would very much recommend.

So much to like here
Excellent clay tennis courts, 2 panel courts, spa, decent breakfast, nice bar. Service is very practical rather than effusive. Condition of property is kind of rustic. Enjoyable stay. My third time.

The place was just stunning and the country x we had the most lovely week away with everything we needed x the only slight drawback was the distance we needed to travel to the lake and the frequency of the shuttle buses, but as avid walkers this wasn’t a huge issue for us xx

Great Resort
We had a wonderful holiday excellent resort with very helpful staff. My daughter needs to follow a gluten free diet, the staff made her some extra meals that weren't on the usual menu. I would highly recommend. We read some negative reviews before going but we had no complaints with our stay. The resort is quite far out but they do provide a free shuttle bus which was very busy as we visited at a busy period. We would book to stay at this resort again.

Had a lovely holiday at Poiano Resort…
Had a lovely holiday at Poiano Resort June 2023. Absolutely loved it, travelled with my husband and 3 kids stayed in the apartments. Apartments are clean and well equipped we are out all the time but did make a couple of lunches in the apartments. Food was good. Pool area gorgeous and very clean and the views are to die for!! Loved the little shuttle bus too and from Garda and we walked back from Garda if we were later coming back and so long as your of average fitness it's fine to walk. Both kids had a ball they were 8, 10 and 17, Lake Garda truly stole all our hearts.

Great location
Great location, lovely 20 minute walk to the Lake and town.
Room was lovely. Breakfast was really nice.
Staff were amazing Cristina (i think that’s her name), was amazing and arranged a special restaurant for our engagement.

The resort is a wonderful place to stay with a family.
It is few minutes away from garda lake, and has shuttle service to the lake and back.
The restaurant is very nice with good breakfast and dinner.
The pool and the golf facility is good and welcoming
