I’ve bought from Pokerand.net a few times over the last few months and the service is always top notch! Items are dispatched quickly and always arrive adequately packaged and exactly as described. Great work from all at pokerand!

I ordered multiple single cards from Pokerand on the 25th of Pctober, quite late in the day and the order was delivered this morning (28th). The cards have arrived mint, the quality of packaging, all cards were sleeved and a semi rigid was included to ensure the cards didn't bend, despite not paying for this, which I think is a superb addition. Their communication throughout via email with confirmation of order and dispatch/tracking information was reliable and prompt. Their prices I feel are dead on, perhaps even better than what is on the market at the moment. I would recommend them to anyone, terrific service and a terrific business. I just made a huge order of booster boxes, etb’s and some tins and from the reviews I’ve seen this is a great store to get your items from, although most of the time there is pretty much nothing in stock that doesn’t really matter, as long as the items are as they are advertised it’s a 10/10, I’ll update this review if I have any concerns once I have recieved my package.

Replied to my email straight away when I had concerns that my delivery address wasn’t accurate and they fixed it immediately. From order to being shipped was just over 9 hours which is impressive considering I placed my order at 3am. Very happy with the service they did all they can very quickly but it’s in the hands of Royal Mail now god help me haha. But yeah very pleased thanks guys

Not bad, average prices, packaging was pretty good, no sleeve was provided for my psa card though.

I'd have to say the best thing is the packaging, the products I've order were clearly taken care of. The response is also excellent. If you need pokemon items and accessories use this store!!!

Not only is the site great but they also offer what they call 'the pokerand promise' which aims to deliver pokemon products at retail price to parents who collect with their kids. This is what I used for my order and it is an amazing thing to be able to do as me and my son love to collect but the stocks in most places are low or non existing. Can't recommend any more highly and will use them again. Don't let the low stock fool you, all pokemon stores are suffering from low stock!

Ordered a Japanese booster box over the weekend and received it 3 days later. The account & order update system is fantastic for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend pokerand 👍

Its horrible whats a poke store site for if there is never anything in stock like what kinda "store" is this get it off the internet.

Ordered a Vivid Voltage booster box from them on them last Saturday and I got the dispatched email on Monday afternoon (shipped with RM 24 hours). The box arrived on Thursday in mint condition, wrapped in bubble wrap and well protected.

Only criticism I had is that the tracking was not provided and when I clicked the link to track the item it brought up an error. So I emailed them on Monday and never got a response.

Not the end of the world but just giving some constructive criticism :)

Fast delivery and top quality product. Care was taken with packaging and product was perfect. Highly recommended.

I know the store is super busy but I was amazed to see my order shipped out the same day! UK shipping prices are also great especially for single cards. The store is still small so you may not always find what you're after but it's showing a lot of potential to become a major TCG retailer. I now always look here for single cards before checking eBay/depop. Thank you!!!
