Brutal
Getting in is easy, getting out is brutal. The cards and hands are suspiciously horrible than great only to loose again after a win. Too much to think its natural. Bad site for real players. Looks like they love the pros and the advertise that comes with it, stay away if you can. I have won provincial tourneys and regional tourneys only to have strange cards show up on the turn and river and kill the hand. I thought they were the place to play but, I wont spend another dollar at this place, very strange. Beware, if you cant get your money out as easy as you put it in, dont go back. Thx

If I could put NO stars I would…., but I’m beginning to trust these bad reviews that PokerStars are receiving on Trustpilot…. As I’m now having poor gaming experiences….. you often find with a lot of casinos sites (when it comes to there free promotions) that it all depends on if you deposit with them the more likely you are able to win (not much, but sometimes) Oh NO not on PokerStars, I’ve deposited & I still don’t get a chance of even 1 free spin…, I get the spiel about “it’s all by chance” but every now & then it would be nice just to win a free spin every so often…. Then maybe I wouldn’t feel like I need to take my custom elsewhere..!

Pay for play money chips and you are clearly playing against a bot.

Fact USA to win by -3.5 in 2nd half...not quarter yet the are no wriggling away saying it's not a winner..it's not the amount but principle of.putting good bets in good faith WC matters.

Great site except you can't deposit or withdraw money. You can still enjoy the play money games if that's what you're into. At least that way you won't lose your rent money.

Keeps chucking me out in the middle of a game stating 'you have not acted quickly enough' to what??, especially when on a bonus round. Then states 'access denied' Lost my bonus money. Has done this several times.

Other reviews ring true. Followed a link on an ad. Never got awarded. After an hour and verification given some rubbish excuse saying ut wasn't connected to any offers so they won't honour it. Don't waste your time they won't pay anything

Have just won a big lump of money and now they don't want to pay out! Have sent all relevant documentation. They are saying something about its being reviewed. I did use friends card as mine wasn't working we were both together all weekend he had contacted them saying he put in the details himself.

Carried out experiment with site for past month on the "free win spin". Despite only 4 losing boxes on the wheel, I have lost 30 times in a row. I suspect as I haven't been topping up my account of late. I did this to prove there is nothing random about the sites odds and have question the validity of their main poker rooms in past also. Better poker sites out there which don't feel like the result is already re-ordained

Played poker for 15+ years, Pokerstars is by far the best in terms of support, software, bonuses + security.

Site doesn't even work. Tried it on 2 up to date browsers. Checked the code and it's trying to say need the latest version of Internet Explorer. Lol. Useless. If they are this sloppy with their site who knows where else they'll fail. Avoid.

I played poker stars and I won $500. They paid me the money and then they asked me for my credentials. They asked me for my bank statement, my electric bill, my photo ID front and back, a picture of myself holding my photo ID. One week later, they asked me for the same stuff over again. Then because I said I already did it and I will not comply. They closed my account. They are a joke.

This was the best site I’ve ever played on and I been playing online 20+ years but now it only gets 4stars because of the transition to Ontario only even tho no fault of their own and mainly greedy politicians to blame in Ontario for making this mandatory it’s still the best site for poker slots and sports betting with fast withdraws and every option possible for deposit because of that and great customer service they get a solid 4/5 stars but the lack of players and bonuses now lost them the 5th star

This gambling company especially this site is one of the biggest scamming thieves in the UK.Games are rigged, play is interrupted constantly with ridiculous errors like ex.game needs to be closed as you didn't react on time.wt# ? When gambling commission will do something about obvious cheating on players.Those criminals are doing whatever they want.Dirty scamming rats.Shamless thieves without honor and dignity.I really recommend to stay away from this site as that's really the worst one in the UK.
