Most evil Company on the planet. They are really evil and will steal from you continuously. I’m a good poker player and all they do is encourage you to put money on the table and they will repeatedly steal your money. I’ve used this poker site for years and now will not do so any more. If you like poker avoid this obnoxious and evil site.

Pokerstars is a scam. Hundreds of millions each year they make. Guess how!! I noticed when you start making withdrawals you will go on a bad losing streak, pair of aces beat by 3 5,they go all in and get a straight. If I got a straight they get a flush. Then tried blackjack. Bigger mistake. Couldn't win 1 hand. Time after time dealer first card was 10 J Q K or A. If I got 20 dealer gets 21, If I git 21 dealer got blackjack. Twice I got blackjack and Twice dealer also got it. Its a scam.

"Support" is a joke. They don't know anything about the site, barely seem to understand English. It's a shame, used to be a good site.

Ok for poker, worst ever for slots.
Stay away for slots by far the worst I have played. I have many accounts so if you have another accounts use them for slots please I warn in advance.

Very unhappy with customer services. I closed my account. I will NEVER play there again.

Worst costumer service,they ask to send documents i did,all went ok ,they saying after 24 hours you can play,
next day they ask again .been like this for 6 days...i just decided is better close my account...just rubbish

Impossible to get onto an account.
The verification process is stuck on a loading screen.
When I try to contact customer support I just get sent back to the verification page and that doesn't work.
Upload doesn't work on my PC because it wants to take a picture, not upload. Take a picture doesn't work on my phone because the page claims I don't have a camera. The app doesn't work because it doesn't use the app for this, it goes back to the website. Tried on my laptop, which does have a camera as well. Now the verification page is just stuck with a permenant loading bar saying "let's get you verified".

I don't normally leave reviews to communicate with companies but in this case, it would be great if there was some means to communicate with them other than going through verification first, as this is impossible.
I'm more than happy to take my money elsewhere if it's not wanted. Seems a weird way to run a business though. And it makes me wonder if they can't get the basics of the website working, how can they hope to run the poker side of it?

Same as others have said. Ask for way to much documentation and even when provided, they ask for more.

I have been playing poker and slots for over 5 years. Never win playing for high stakes, great fun playing low stakes. A few techi problems but generally no problem making withdrawals or deposits. Had lots of good wins and 2 x rocket fire jackpots on Stars Sunday Jackpot. I love the site, although customer service could be improved.

Fk site; not play; don’t waste your money

Pokerstars is running an exit scam on me. They have confiscated almost $4000 citing a ban on a alternative client for 'responsible gaming'.

Apparently if you are an alleged person with a gambling problem Pokerstars just gets to jack your money more or less.

My account was fully verified with all correct information.

These guys are crooks. Don't trust these guys, they aren't what they were, just look at the other reviews.

This is not poker! This is bingo! Oh, don't speak up about the flaws on pokerstars though. Wrong! I guarantee that you WILL lose more times on the river than you could ever believe was possible! If you do win? Well, its just for show. They wont let you cash out anyway!!

I have made withdrawn amount of 1000 GBP they kept my account and money frozen.

Its been more than 3 months they are unable to resolve issue , very very poor service.

I need to publish how they thieving money,they got fake server where all the time flips,you need to be attention to details when loading a game,it can show waiting for collectors or resolving host or sending request or connecting if you see that you will be proper thieved by them on dead spins...

Customer service is dreadful when I was making a complaint regarding a withdrawal the person I was talking to was so rude and the issue didn't get resolved.

Wish Idv read the reviews before I signed up. All reviews with 1 star are an excellent guide about this casino.
From the moment I signed up there were issues with the app, the C S are very slow in responding and when they do barely makes any sense.
So I deposit 50£ with the code FIRST200, presuming Id get 50 bonus/50cash, I goes to play on a slot to be notified Iv no credit, on contacting CS the 1st time I explained my issue, and a message returned saying theyre looking into it, 2 seconds after they closed the convo and a rate your experience chart came up, i then tried again to be told that the whole amount including my 50 cash was all locked into a bonus that was now tied to wagering (even my 50quid cash) AND I could only use this "bonus" (remember, my 50 cash too) on 4 or 5 slots only, once wagerings complete itl be put to cash, from this moment on I knew this was a dodgy site.
Ok, so theres really only ever two games I play, Boat Bonanza also the Big Bass games, luckily for me Big Bass Bonanza was one of thos games so ahead I went, built the money up a lot so upped my punt to the max it would allow me to whilst under the bonus Ts n Cs (5quid) I played through at least a couple of thousand, my balance then showed 1650 (approx) so I think I must be somewhere near went n had a look, well the terminology and the rules on withdrawing wernt very clear so i decided to ask CS, "nothings very clear when im reading up" I stated, can u confirm I can withdraw 1650 (approx) to be told in very broken English which was barely readable theres no balance in ur money account so no, I then had a look around the bonus amount also a surrender amount which was equally split, i thought if i dont do this correctly Im gonna lose the lot. I had 2 options (again all there to confuse n Bamboozle) I had a 2p cash balance (god knows where it came from as all money was bonus money) so testing i goes through the withdrawal of cash route, then it tells me 2p to withdraw, I dont complete the withdrawal, I then goes the other route of looking at the bonus amount and the surrender amount, so I opt to surrender (which it clearly stated after I surrender half of the total amount would be put into my cash balance) which it did, so now i have a solid cash balance of approx 825, Im happy enough with that amount, so I lost 825 (the bonus side) and gained half (825 cash) Im presuming each punt came half from bonus half from cash/surrender value. Made the withdrawal req and went to bed. Woke up this morning to this email:

After a routine review of your latest withdrawal it has come to our attention that all of the funds came directly from a bonus credit to your account.
All bonus credits deposited to your account are intended for play, and are not permitted to be withdrawn without significant play.

Now it clearly stated that all surrender values once surrended are withdrawable, I had played through thousands and that being said, why did it allow me to go through with it all if it wernt allowed? The amount put bk to my account was only one half (the cash side) of the balance I had plus it was paid back to my CASH balance!!! Figure that one, and what do they see as considerable play?? It was so difficult to decipher on withdrawals, 2 routes, 1st route, I withdrew without surrendering (Idv lost it all under the bonus Ts n Cs, 2nd route (luckily at the this stage the one I took) go to the bonus/surrender page, surrender my surrenderable amount 1st (dont 4get this is clearly stated as withdrawable) surrender which moves ur eligable amount to cash then withdraw which is the route i took. Tbh I read the reviews after Id withdrew so I geared myself up not to get it, then I wake up to the email above. I dont know what "considerable play" is to them, even despite the fact the site still allowed me to withdraw, they refuse to payout.
So I then plays through over 800£ and guess what, NOTHING!!
I've been stung to many times by these sites, quite a few Iv taken further action and eventually got my money. I would advise anybody to just read these reviews b4 touching Pokerstars, the positive reviews are all clearly fake.
On further investigation these guys actually SPONSOR!! The latest I can see is the Michegan based Ice Hockey Team "The Detroit Red Wings" owned by the Sweasy family, maybe an idea for the masses to contact, complain or at least bombard them with all your dealings and complaints about a site their allowing themselves to b associated with. I then continue to read well known sister sites include Sky Betting, Paddypower and Betfair so steer clear from these sites also!!
