Absolutely disgusting. No one can convince me that this is genuine poker game. I’ll never play again.

You can’t get a hold of a live chat like it says you can and I’m still waiting for an email back over a week later. PokerStars customer service is shocking.

The ods are absolute crap. For example today, heads up match, guy has 200 chips, I have 3.8k and there was high blinds, so everytime he was going all in, 7 games in a row he won by going all in, most of the games I had good cards, but apperently the ods had different scenario, so the guy won the match by all in all the time, how the F.. is even that possible??????? Apperently pokerstars trying to redeem the money which I won from them, because these kind of ods never happened anywhere else but here, biggest upset and BS in history. Other examples had QQ two times in a row in headsup, guy goes all in with 25 or 64 not even suited and I call and he won both hands, how this is even possible???? Well probs only in pokerstars magic happens like that just to drain money from ppl. Mever playing again, good thing that I am leaving in + anyway.

So unrealistic do not waste your money. Its not actually playing poker. In 3 days I have went out of three tournaments with a straight flush because that actually happens in real poker. Why not actually use a software that actually randomly generates cards, real poker does not have straights, flushes and full houses in every hand.

I’ve been playing at poker stars for over a month and depositing money every other day I finally won 400 yesterday and withdraw it the moment I did they blocked my account and are now asking for documents. They are more than happy to accept you as a player and deposit without hassle but moment you try to withdraw they try their best not to pay out. Absolute disgrace of a casino should not be uk licenced

shockingly bad customer experience.....don't trust Pokerstars with your money, it could be a huge win at stake for you.

when you can't find a contact email on the site and realise you are being account blocked so they can keep a few pounds from your 50 free spins...you just know gambling with this slick website is a must avoid.

So terrible experience ,they frozen my account and someone else who.live in the same house with me only bcs was the same ip or same laptop we proove them all the id and all requested documents , they unblock one account, but mine still frozen and for the last 10 days i email them few times and no one is answering , i will raise a complain ! Deffo i would not rec this platform , let's don't talk about returns are terrible you can lose alot with no winnings at all.Or if you win they block your account and will take ages someone to answer or to recover your money 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This site is the worse of casinos on the market.Scamming scumbags and thieves.Deposited and whole balance gone in a few minutes without even 10% return.Where is gambling commission to make sure that this kind of situations doesn't happen.Oh yeah they busy making sure casinos has bigger income so they had better profit.Bunch of criminals not abiding the law.This site should have their licence suspended as their strategy of thieving from people is unbelievable.If rigged games are allowed where is the point of gambling commission existing it's pointless.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves.Recorded whole play as always but of course isn't pointless as there's no one who can help about the unfairness.

Not sure what all the bad stars and reviews are for but my personal experience with this casino has been fantastic. They may not have all the casino games i like which would be nice to see such as kronos, zeus, rugby star, lucky leprechaun etc. but what games they do have at least pay. In all the years that i have been gambling this casino defnintely is the best to play. I had a lot of play time and the bonus wasnt too bad to wager. My new found casino. The only thing i would say is that bigger sums of withdrawals take a long time to get paid in. If its £100 it gets paid back in seconds however larger amounts take really long even after being verified. I was verified 4 days ago and still havent been paid which is annoying so based on that i have given them 2 stars less than i would have.

Firstly I am not only an experienced poker player of some thirty years or more but also a software design expert . These two areas of expertise coupled with my experience of playing the pokerstars site, enables me to comment as follows:-

1. The pokerstars software system has functionality which enables the house to control the outcome of every hand played and at every table.
2. There are many players who, in reality, are pokerstars employees. These players operate at the high stakes real money tables.
3. Given 1 & 2 above, it is easy to see how pokerstars is set up to scam its' naive real money player members.
4. The play money system is also software controlled, it is set up to generate the false belief for the novice player (a plonker) , in that they can win money as a poker player, thus encouraging migration to the real money arena where eventually they will lose money.
5. This is not a site that allows the more skillful poker players to establish themselves, quite the opposite, they are heavily handicapped so as not to discourage the naive players.

in summary, pokerstars is a totally controlled environment (play money and real money tables). It is rigged as are all other online poker sites and designed to scam the playing public. If you are an experienced player looking to play poker as a hobby, this is not the site, indeed no software controlled poker arena is safe, the only place to play poker is AT THE LIVE TABLES IN A CASINO.

Perhaps a more appropriate name for the site would be 'PlonkerStars'

Ridiculous wagering requirement on slots! Seems to be setup so that only they win!! I spend hours and hours only for my bonus balance to mysteriously disappear. This left me with zero winnings and alot of frustration. I do feel there is a lack of ethics going on. This is my honest experience and I have no affiliation with other casinos. I am a member of the general public.

The dealing on this site is obviously fixed ,we all know the game odds by now ,but this site uses its own 'variance' rubbish to feed you endless bad or good cards to make sure you win enough at times so you keep putting money in ,when you lose everything ,because you think you have a chance because you did win once ,and the losses are just luck or your inexperience .

One of the best uk casino soo many games and same day payouts, loyalty programe are awesome i love to play in this casino and i always enjoy.

Iv been playing with them a few months won
The first week and had little wins in between.
I recommended a freind then my account was blocked for no reason. They asked me for all the Id which I sent them now there saying there looking into my friends account and they fill like it’s unsafe to un freeze my account
WTH your allowed to recommend friends and family but because of that it looks like Iv lost my account don’t no why they say until the issue is resolved then they can’t open account
My be I won a jackpot and not knew when I emailed them there was no reply
Iv spent a lot of money on PokerStars and for no reason they have frozen my account they don’t answer emails Iv sent them
I’m really upset on the way Iv been treated they have made me fill like a criminal which I’m not and have not done anything wrong
They even asked for a photo of myself holding my passport my card details bills but that’s what they said until issued as been resolved can’t play and don’t attempt to open another account
I’m extremely upset I’m not no criminal you can’t treat your customers like this all I done was recommend a few friends and family members

No reasons given for shutting down accounts, no replies to emails, no flexibility, and terrible GUI that crashes and freezes endlessly

Awful T&C's. Offer bonuses then take them away because you try to withdraw them, even though wagering requirements have been met.

Shocking customer service, banned my account within 24 hours. Didn't reply to my email when I asked why. Could not speak to an agent as need to be able to log in for that

Found out needed to verify details so sent documents all of a sudden immediate reply and said they couldn't process as file too large. Sent template for how to resolve if on a Mac for no apparent reason.

Advised I have done everything they asked and then they said they could do it if I send in documents in a format which I have already sent them in.

Absolute diabolical service and this has taken over a week so I've also lost out on sign up bonuses. Would not recommend

Can you tell me, @Pokerstars, what you describe a game that in 1'000 spins doesn't give a bonus?
Between yesterday and today I played 1'000 consecutive 1$ spins on Alexandria City of Fortune, not ONE bonus!!!
If this is not a rip off, I don't know what is!

I am not bitter, I didn't lose money and I'm not complaining about rigged games but what has happened to me is that I deposited £200.
Built that up to around £1000 then received a message saying my account has been selected for arandom security check that shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.
Yet here I am on here still waiting and still can't withdraw my winnings......or the actual money of MINE I initially deposited.
I have tried everything and just got no response what so ever, such a bad way to treat a new customer and kinda seems like a scam that the gaming board should really be looking into in my opinion
