I played for years on this site, I spent more than 30 thousand dollars, and now they put me a limit of 200 dollars a month, asked me for a lot of documents, and finally they didn't change my limit or remove it, now I'm simply unable to play, since my average by in is 55-100 dollars. I can barely play 3 or 4 tournaments, if I lose all of them I have to wait the next month to play again, I couldn't play the SundayMillion birthday because the buy in was $215, I couldn't deposit more than $200. .

I don't advise this shhhhhi..t to anyone else, the only sites I can still play on is partypoker.
GG poker already starts with a limit of 400 dollars, which is a little better, but it sucks the same.

First of all you will need 50000 ram and 128 core cpu if you want to use their website or app... they are not giving the promos they offering, no support, live chat is like from different planet, just dont sign up...

A bit surprised when asked for docs AFTER i decided to withdraw my money but even then everything went smoothly without any problems.

I went through the stressful verification process on my first withdrawal.

Then Pokerstars software always freezes like a glitch compare to ladbrokes and mr green software

Today the slot game had to images on top of each other and the game wasn’t reading no my winning lines properly even my 12 free spins i managed to get didn't pick up the winning lines. When i contacted support they blamed my experience and technical issues on my internet claiming it may not of been secure.

Game is a joke. I play on there for practice. No matter what you do you can’t win. All ins go to the chip leader or the bad players to keep them coming back. Iv just lost 21 all ins in a row when I’m ahead (I have all screenshots and hand history) this isn’t a bad run, it’s years of it. They give the 2 players in the hand the rope to hang themselves every time. How its not been shut down yet beats me.

My badges were missing got told it would be fast tracked and sorted ASAP 2 weeks later nothing and customer service has been ignoring my emails avoid!

Got directed to pokerstars through top Cashback due to the epic sign up bonus. Problem is, Pokerstars lie about the sign up bonus and refuse to honour it. Don't touch these guys. If they can't do a simple sign up bonus, I doubt they will payout if you win.

Biggest scamming thieves in UK. I'm hope they will get license suspended for their rigged games.When gambling commission will start checking those thieves.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves

Tried it out myself for curiosity and yes a total scam!!
It goes as follows:
*Bonus sign up
*Cash won
*Freezes account after withdrawal
* Asks for copies to identification
*Rejects ID verification

Will obviously report but yes avoid!

Joined last week to take advantage of 50 free spins, won £4ish, which played for a bit and got it up to £45 which I cashed in. This was credited to my account within two days no issues - all without me making a deposit.

Well, out of 150 free spins I won € 3.45 which is bonus money and therefore cannot be withdrawn until I have played it X times. Needless to say, they finished in 5 minutes! Slots that go slow, long and don't pay a bonus even after 200-300 spins, only base winnings from 0.5-0.7 the original bet. The fact is that the scam is also evident to those who do not regularly attend online casinos, the same identical games on other casinos (William Hill, LeoVegas, Starvegas, etc) have brought me winnings of over € 600/700 with a fifth of the money I have thrown at these thieves. Rigged. Read this. I’m a winning live player. I know this game. PokerStars is cheating you. If you are in a hand against a chip leader you cannot win. The game sets you up so the chip leader and you are butting heads in a hand where they will deliver to them. They do this to get the games over quicker. I have thousands of days of play analysed. I have proof. You flop nuts flush and they hold an underpaid to the board, you slow play because your first to act and there’s 4 in pot, chip leader bets and you just call. Turn gives them the set so now they can’t fold. They lead again and you just call, the board pairs and your nuts are destroyed. I am unique as I have a form of autism that sees patterns and remembers everything good and bad and I can now predict the outcome of a hand from before the flop.

pokerstars picks and chooses who it wants to win. I have never seen a site that I cannot play at least 20% of a tourney.

Withdrew a fairly decent win, nothing massive or life changing big but certainly enough to help in these times, withdrawal has been frozen and now I’m frozen out my account.

After looking into it they have been freezing accounts whenever anyone wins a certain amount.
