I've ordered from Poler for years, from camping gear to clothing, and generally have had a great experience. Items never come damaged or take long to receive. However, I do agree with other reviews that customer service could use a major improvement. Only once did I have an issue with one order, and it took about a month to recieve a refund.
If you enjoy unique gear and supporting small businesses, I recommend giving Poler a chance!
Made multiple attempts to contact customer service via support email to change shipping address. We never received a response. There is no other way to contact them.
Completely non-existent customer service. I placed an order that was never delivered, I was never refunded for the order and no one has replied to the seven emails I’ve sent. I had no choice but to call my credit card company and have the payment reversed. Just save yourself the trouble and don’t buy anything.
My wife bought some clothing from this company for Christmas and unfortunately the items did not fit me. She issued a return and the items we're signed for when returned. It has been over 5 weeks and she hasn't received the refund or any type from of correspondence from them. I myself, ordered some clothing from here in the summer and luckily liked the items however, I will never purchase from here again and urge anybody else reading this review to do the same, as there customer service is non existent. We are currently waiting for a response from the PayPal dispute we have had to raise.
Thanks to an influencer, I purchased an item from Poler. Fedex never delivered and Poler customer service insisted that I solve that problem myself. They then stopped responding. So I was forced to issue a cashback with my bank.
If you buy from these guys, use credit card. The item might not arrive, and they don't seem to care about it.
