the sofa bed emma i ordered looked exactly as in the picture, delivery was very fast (next week delivery) and the transport company informed me well about the date & time of the delivery. the sofa is very good quality and even more vibrant color in person than in the website! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a drawer which is 140x30
it is new I don't have it even a year and all already broke three drawers I called the support center they refuse to help me and I have also guarantee and they say that I should glue the pieces of the drawer which broke but there is holes and the things that attach to the door is broken the holes are broken everything is broken and I don't know what to do I paid a lot of money and it was really not worth it and I didn't take them back and they refuse to help me

This was one of the worst shopping…

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor customer service, low-quality appliances, and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.
I have ordered 4th of December 2025 and refunded my money 19th of February 2026 , 2 and half months wasting time ,

On top of everything, they didn’t offer any compensation, discount, or even a small coupon for all the inconvenience they caused.

All the story :
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this home appliance/furniture store polihome ,
One week after placing my order, I received an email saying that delivery would take 40–55 business days. Then, after one month, I got a message asking me to pick up my order from the warehouse.

After paying extra for a delivery van, I realized they only sent the table and chairs and did not include the wardrobe. They told me the wardrobe would be shipped later and promised to deliver it to my home address.

After waiting 55 business days, I called to follow up and was told the item had not even arrived in Cyprus yet. A few days later, they said there was a problem at the factory and I would need to wait another month and a half. They told me I could either cancel the order or choose a different wardrobe — but even the alternative would take another month.

I finally decided to cancel my order. However, they refused to refund the delivery costs I had already paid for the table and chairs. They wasted two months of my time. Customer support was extremely unprofessional — every time I called, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes or more, and I often had to hang up. For two weeks, they were rude and kept delaying my refund.

Overall, very very poor service, management terrible communication, and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I recently bought furniture from this…

I recently bought furniture from this shop and my experience was mixed, so I’d give it 3 stars. The delivery took much longer than promised, which was frustrating since I had to rearrange my schedule twice. When the items finally arrived, they looked better in the pictures than in real life. The quality isn’t bad, but I expected more based on how they were advertised. On the positive side, the staff were polite and the assembly team worked quickly. Overall it’s an okay shop, but I think there’s room for improvement, especially with delivery times and accurate product presentation.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Never again. I placed an order online on the 9th of November. Received order confirmation without a delivery date. Had to reach out myself to find out that they did not have the children's bed in store but it had to be ordered abroad. Only after asking for an update, I was told that: The estimated delivery time is 35–50 working days from the date of your payment; You have selected curbside delivery, and the products will be delivered packaged and unassembled; and The assembler will contact you within 1–3 working days to schedule an appointment after you have received your order. All no problem had this be communicated clearly from the beginning before I placed the order. There are no apologies for late service or terrible communication. Was charged an additional 23,80 euro to bring the order to the third floor by elevator, on top of the already paid 58,80 euro for transportation. The colour on the sides of the bed was damaged due to irresponsible handling and shipping. Will never ever use this company again and I hope you think twice as well before you place your order.

Quality products

Ordered sofa, I was informed it will take up to 30 business days for delivery, it came after 22 days. Very good sofa, same as on photos.

Great experience at Polihome Limassol

recently visited the Polihome showroom in Limassol and was very impressed. The staff was polite, helpful, and gave me all the information I needed without any pressure. The furniture quality was better than expected, especially for the prices. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be coming back for more.

First Order and Last Order with them...

First Order and Last Order with them...
The first Deadline (June,1st) was a false Promise from Polihome.
Today, several Weeks later, the Delivery was planned and scheduled for today, but the Driver from the Delivery Company came yesterday as I was at my Work. I am waiting for my Sofa since approx 8 Weeks. I took one Day off for the Delivery that should arrive today. Called both, Delivery Company and Polihome.
The Delivery Company is not even able to get on their Phone. Polihome tried to tell me that the Delivery will be on another Day. They are not even taking their Responsibilty that it is their fault. 0 Stars would be the most honest Feedback here

The worst store I’ve ever shopped at

The worst store I’ve ever shopped at, in every possible way. NEVER AGAIN.

I contacted POLIHOME three times by phone because I wanted to make sure I was buying a floor-standing display cabinet for my living room — I made that very clear, as I absolutely did not want to drill into the wall. (Note: Orders are only accepted online.)

When I received the flat-pack furniture, the assembly was delayed for over a month, with constant appointment changes. I had informed them that I would be traveling from another city specifically for the assembly. They told me a technician would come on a specific day at 10 a.m. Instead, I got a call around noon saying, "My van broke down, I can’t come."

I immediately called the store, and they sent a different technician, who eventually arrived after 5 p.m. While assembling the cabinet, his phone rang, and I overheard him telling another customer: "Sorry, I can’t come — my van got a flat tire."
Liars! Is that what they’re trained to say?

Once the cabinet was assembled, I tried to open the door just a tiny bit, and the entire thing tipped forward and fell on me. It was clearly defective, and even the technician admitted it.

I called the store right away to complain, and their “expert” employee told me:
“Just put heavy things inside it so it doesn’t tip over.”
Clearly, she must’ve graduated school with honors…

After countless calls and emails, I asked for the item to be replaced. Their response?
I should drill it into the wall, and “it doesn’t matter if the four legs are left hanging in mid-air(!)”

Zero responsibility. Zero customer service. Zero professionalism.
The worst store. Stay away.

Really Bad from start to assembly…shocking

Ordered from Limassol 4 beds paid for beds, delivery and assembly. Told it would take 6 weeks delivery. Took 12 weeks - missed several deadlines. Delivery drivers so rude and unhelpful, they left 4 beds (20 packages) at the side of the road and would not bring into house unless we paid extra. Assembly person was so grumpy it was painful to even speak with him. Never had such a bad experience in Cyprus. Lost time and money over them. Shocking
