yes, they have nice, affordable pieces but really not worth the headache caused by their tech issues and slow customer service without solution. ordered in january, received in may :)
- delivery was delayed, we waited months for our airbnb furniture, i needed to follow up so many times, only to learn there is delay.
- the delivery + assembly costs that are shown on the website don't factor in to bring the furniture up to the apartment, so you need to contact them and pay extra
- the assembly price shown + paid for is inaccurate and the assembly guy will ask for extra money (if he ever shows up) - it's a problem on polihome site, but they don't take responsibility. you are just expected to pay extra.
- the bed came with stains, no compensation offered so far.
after a multitude of phone calls and mails over the last weeks and us assembling the things ourselves as the guy didn't show and then asked for money, I finally after 3 weeks received the assembly money back on our account, i still didn't get compensation for the dirty bed, despite daily mails and calls.
definitely would never order again.
Sideboard and coffee table
We ordered a sideboard and coffee table on the 6th of March this year, paid a deposit of 140.00 euros with the balance to be paid when the items arrived in Cyprus which we were told would be approximately 6 weeks, on checking on line to see the progress of our order we noticed the order had been cancelled a few hours after we left the store on the 6th of March!!! The 140 euros definitely left my account and has not been refunded back into my account absolute rip off. I have emailed them but like others have had no response, we will be heading directly to the store after landing into Paphos next month, fuming can not explain how we feel

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Buy from IKEA it is 100 times better. They give you very bad instructions and difficult furniture so that you need to pay them to assemble it. They also deliver the furniture on the road they don't even bother bringing them to your door and you have to carry them.BAD BAD customer service and furniture.
COLOUR SWAP - BEWARE
NIGHTMARE. RE: Sensio Sofa - Light Grey. I was fully refunded 2.5 months later, after many emails and calls, as this was over e1400. Polihome attempted to deliver the wrong colour sofa unexpectedly early by 2 weeks, with just a 20 min warning. I was unable to accept the wrong item. They were advertising the Sensio corner sofa in 3 colours of grey. I ordered the LIGHT grey, with silver metal legs. They attempted delivery of a much darker fabric (a darkish mid grey with black flecks in the weave) and cheap black plastic legs. The sales rep I spoke to also mixed terms, and told me the GREY sofa was what they call LIGHT grey. I had proof and photos the colour they attempted to push onto me perfectly matched the colour advertised as GREY. What is more worrying is that they continue to advertise the lovely, silvery LIGHT GREY fabric as available online throughout this whole experience. BEWARE.
Excellent value, quality products
The website is easy to navigate and we found the products we needed at a very good price. It was made clear that delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks and the delivery options were made very clear. We agreed to the terms and promptly paid. Polihome delivered in the time frame and we were advised several days before of the date and estimated time of arrival. All went to plan and the products were of excellent quality. Will use them again.
Disgusting service
I have ordered 2 mirrors since December 2024 and upon delivery in late January 2025, one of the mirrors was both broken and a different colour from what I ordered. After a couple of weeks of supposedly them investigating things and me sending a couple of emails and calling them non-stop they eventually agreed to send me a new mirror, for free. They said they needed 20 working days. It has been 2 months and I still have not heard anything from them. I called a couple of times and every time they said they would call me back and they never did. Today they eventually admitted that they have a shortage, allegedly, and therefore the delay. They told me the mirror should come in mid- to end of April, so almost 4 to 4.5 months after I ordered it, even though they said 20 working days, I would like to remind you, initially. It seems counting days and maths are not their strongest skills. Their service is disgusting. I have made a written complaint to the Consumers Union as I am fed up of their appalling service. STAY AWAY from this shop. Go to IKEA instead.
Hideous customer support
The customer support was the worst that I have ever experienced. I ordered a table and 3 chairs at the beginning of November and they just arrived. I had 0 updates on the order, the stuff was never helpful and the whole experience was just BAD. I truly advise anyone to stay away of that store. I told them on the phone 3 times to change my delivery address. I went through the live chat to change the address. I tried to change it through the website but it would not let me. They told me that they would inform the delivery company, and they would call me to schedule a new delivery date. Until this day, they did not call me. When the delivery was due they called me saying that in 20 minutes they will be outside the wrong address.

STAY AWAY FROM POLIHOME. If there would be possibility, I would have give ZERO stars. I have ordered from their page 46 business days ago, the order has not changed status, the support service is beyond unresponsive and useless. I asked for refund, nothing was actioned. You cannot contact them via phone (only if you accept waiting on the line for 30+mins just to be redirected to wait even more). It's not worth ordering from them. STAY AWAY. I will definitely NOT order again.

Stay away from this company. They said 2 weeks for delivery. It took them 3 months. After the item has arrived it was defect and could not be fixed because of broken screws. I telephone them several times but they never reply. I try to contact them through their web site live chat but I got no reply just an email that they will contact me soon. I visited their shop myself and show them the broken item and they promised me that their department will contact me very soon. Crooks

Unforunately i made a purchase from them before seeing all of those negative reviews everywhere on internet and facebook. I ordered a massage chair. Still waiting us the 4th week now with no updates. I have sent an email and called million times BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I will ask for a refund tomorrow. If not given, i will file a complain to customer safety cyprus.

Terrible service
Ordered sofa from polihome. Delivery was late and sofa arrived damaged, additionally the picture on their website and reality didn`t match, sofa had different design, no storage and overall cheap quality. When I raised all issues with their customer support, I got 0 assistance, dismissive rude personnel and exactly same behavior from the management. I had to deal with them 2 weeks to get some solution, and I am sure if I wasn`t non-stop calling them, they`ll take 2 months at least. Horrible experience. Don`t ever order from here, better to pay more in ikea or to buy from 4 days clearance where they at least don`t pretend to sell higher quality furniture.

Do NOT order from here. Terrible. I ordered a mattress in October and they told me 3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks went by no update no communication nothing. After sending 100 emails and staying on hold for hours STILL NO UPDATE. It is now DECEMBER!! And still NO MATTRESS. No delivery. no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered. Bad experience - poor customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase and the customer service experience at the Polihome Limassol office. To say the customer service is lacking would be an understatement.
My order took three and a half months to arrive, and when it finally did, it was damaged and missing critical parts for the bed. I contacted the Limassol office the next day, and they assured me the issue would be resolved within a few days. However, after a week, nothing had been done. I then submitted a return form through their website and am now waiting for further instructions.
I strongly advise against purchasing from their website or, especially, from Limassol office.
UPD: no updates to 30/12. Will wait for a few days and submit consumer protection form.

PoliHome offers good products at a low…
PoliHome offers good products at a low price, but delivery can take months. First, we waited for our ordered products to be delivered to PoliHome's central warehouse in Greece, then to be transported to Cyprus and finally to our apartment in Paphos. One of the cabinets was missing a couple of parts that I have asked them to deliver numerous times. PoliHome has promised to deliver them, but I have not received them in over half a year.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They never answer their phone. You have to go to the store if you ever want anything! The furniture was fine but they as an intermediary they are really bad. They don’t care for their customers. They also made a mistake on my order and blamed it on me of course!

I am very disappointed and frustrated with Poli Home company and the disgusting customer service.
The reason why I picked Poli Home is it looked professional and a company you could trust especially as well from the prices some are reasonable and some pricey. BUT this isn’t the reason so
please before you purchase anything please read this and take my advice. First of all i purchased a bed that showed available on the website at the beginning of July so I purchased it there and then. Throughout the purchase I didn’t receive any updates at all even the tracking on line is a waste of time as it turned out to be faulse information. I had to call them 2-3 times each month for updates as the bed still hadn’t been delivered. ( bare in mind you are on hold waiting on the line for 10 minutes minimum before they take your call )
Turns out the bed wasn’t available in store and that they had to make it from scratch in Greece. I wasn’t pleased by this as I needed the bed ASAP as I had people coming to stay. I asked them each phone call a rough estimate time for it to be completed and then delivered. Let’s put it this way the customer service had no clue on how to deal with my situation or to solve a solution due to the bad service from the company. For example no offering to reimburse the delivery or to give the extra service of building the bed on delivery.
This as you can imagine got me more frustrated. So this bed that I needed and loved due to purchasing it in the first place I started to no longer want it, as it caused stress as I had to find and spend more on a solution due to my situation as they didn’t keep to their schedule etc.
It is now beginning of November and just delivered! BUT they didnt give me a heads up that it was going to be delivered today no. I had 20 minutes to get too my home and have the bed finely delivered.
So my ADVICE is the website looks great etc but if you are going to purchase anything, it’s best to call them first hand and see if they have in stock other wise it will take like me over 5 months !! Or don’t order ANYTHING at all from here.
