I purchased a pair of velvet pumps for my wedding around end of September and both shoes were defect. I didn't have time to return them as I made the order from Greece and the wedding was relatively soon. I still have not worn them, I wish I could upload a picture of the situation the shoes are.
I'm changing my review, as after communication with Support, I returned the damaged shoes and got refunded. Support is really trying to find a solution: they are professionals.

Fake Black Friday
They are not correct. I bought a sweater during the black friday with 20% of discount and they informed me after a few days that it was unavailable, but it was available at full price. I wrote a message to the customer service with no answer. Do not buy from them.

Superb quality
Great tissue quality in the dress. The shoes are one of the most comfortable pairs of high heels I ever purchased. The first time I wore them was for ~9h in a row and it seemed like I was wearing my day-to-day heel boots :)

The quality of the fabric seems average to me. What I liked least was that you have 15 days to return the item, when the normal time is one month. Furthermore, the return costs are very high. It would be good to review this issue.

Return policy expensive and confusing
The clothes are gorgeous. But I do not think I will purchase again because of the return policy. I found it overly complicated and lacking in transparency over the fees, over the items that you can return (or not), over the process etc. Being an international customer, I solely rely on the website's info and the customer support. Unfortunately, neither helped. I found the information vague. There are quite a lot of fees, small ones that add up at every "next step", and at the end you're left with a bill and a refund amount that you don't understand. Also, there are items that you can't return, it would've been nice to know that from the beginning...

Ordered several times, not sure if I order again
Ordered several times from Polin et Moi since 2022 and loved the unique patterns and clothes. But recently the quality went down a lot: most clothes are made of poor fabrics, the seams come loose and the buttons fall off after the first wash in the washing machine. However, prices have doubled since their last collections. A blouse used to cost 40-50 euros, now it is 70-80 euros. Super disappointed.

Product with a slight problem & delivery with a problem
The address was shortened by the company, and it made the address "wrong", as it lacked some important numbers in the address (at least in Portugal). Luckily, the delivery man called before arriving close to the destination, and it worked out fine! I have changed the address to make sure every detail will appear.
The product: the dress that I ordered is very beautiful, exactly what I was expecting. The fabric is also very light and comfortable to the touch.
The only downside of this purchase was that the dress was not perfectly symmetrical, so it had to be adjusted.

After almost 2 weeks I have not yet received my package. Correos Express have not take into account when I was home and sent it back to the main warehouse in Madrid instead of deliver it to me.
